Subject of its individual task has chosen development and support Web-site Regional Development Agency "Donbass", in which I presently work the manager a project. To begin with, I want to say several words about organization itself, as well as little introduce You with its work, purpose of the creation and sphere of the work.

OUR MISSION

To make Donbass a world class region, achieve sustainable development and enhance the quality of life as measured by:

• economic prosperity;
• environmental quality;
• social inclusion – ensuring meaningful employment for all.

We want to assist people and Donbass communities realize their goals through grassroots economic development.

We set the task to recognize opportunities, and to create them, for everyone.

We are responsible to grow a community-based development effort from the roots up – and to keep it growing.

STATUS

Regional Development Agency "Donbass" is a public, non-governmental, non-profit organization that has been created by an association of Ukrainian citizens in accordance with the agreement of the Agency's founders. The Agency performs its work over the territory of Donetsk and Lugansk Regions. The Agency carries out its activity as the association of public and business institutions. Regional Development Agency "Donbass" is a member of the National Association of Regional Development Agencies of Ukraine.

GOAL

The Agency's principal goal is to support and promote the development of market reforms, to implement the projects in a practical manner on structural rebuilding in the region, and to alleviate the negative social consequences of regional adaptation to market economy. The Agency also contributes to the development of business and the integration of Donbass Region into the European economic and cultural community.

OBJECTIVES

1. To fulfill international projects aimed to social adaptation of the Region's population to new social and economic conditions.
2. To support the development of small and medium business through the organization of trainings and consulting work.
3. To contribute in the decision of the problem of unemployment.
4. To collect and distribute in the Region information about international educational programs.
5. To implement distant form of business education in the Region.
6. To gather and analyze information relative to the real social and economic development in Donbass Region.
7. To contribute to the decision of ecological problems and the protection of environment in Donbass Region.
8. To work out propositions and programs in the field of support to structural, social and economic transformations in the Region.
9. To organize and conduct practical activities jointly with local authorities, NGOs, foundations and other organizations aimed at creation conditions for regional adaptation to the market economy.
10. To contribute to the organization of exhibitions, fairs and charitable actions.
11. To perform publicizing activities.
