My name is Artem Buryak. I was born on the 25 of December 1983 in Novogrodovka, Donetsk region. My father, Dmitro Buryak, works at the mine "Russia". My mother, Valentina Buryak, works in a sphere of trade.
At preschool age I was very communicative and active child. I liked to go to the kindergarten, where I had a lot of friends. My favourite toys were children's designer. I liked to create something new with my hands.
In 1990 I started school. I never had any problems with studies. When I was 12, I studied radio engineering in an extra class. It became my hobby. My favourite subjects were: physics, geometry, biology, chemistry, and geography. In 2001 I finished school with excellent marks.
In 2001 I entered Donetsk National Technical University (DonNTU). I entered to study “Automatic control of technological processes”. I am proud of my profession choice. Our engineers can realize themselves in any industry.
The University has surprised me its variety of the professions. I entered on speciality “Automatic control of technological processes”. I don’t mistake in my profession’s choose. I not mistaken in my profession’s choice. In 2005 I have got the diploma of the Bachelor of Science with difference.
I had practical trainings in research laboratories of DonNTU. And I got interested in automated electric drive. In 2005 I got the diploma of the Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology and Automation with honest (level “A”).
In 2005 I was enrolled in the Master Department of DonNTU. My scientific supervisor is Assistant Professor Vladimir Stavickiy, one of the best experts of the department “Mining Electrotechnics and Automation”. His lectures are highly interesting and professional.
Vladimir Stavickiy offered me to research an interesting and perspective area in modern electric drive. The theme of my Master's thesis is "The research of processes and substantiation of automatic electric drive of the mine electric locomotive on the base of Brushless DC motor". I wrote scientific work on this theme. In 2005 I rewarded with the diploma for the best student’s scientific work by DonNTU.
I entered the Master Department to receive the education, according to the European standards. After receiving Master's degree, I would like to get worthy and interesting work in mining or iron and steel industry.
