CURRICULUM VITAE

     My name is Ann Mayer. I was born on 29 December 1983 in Dokuchayevsk. My parents are Alexander Vladimirovich and Olga Vladimirovna. I have a brother Artem. He is 19.

     In 1991 I went to school in Dokuchayevsk. My ambitious nature was inherited from parents and helped me in my studies and as my Mum says: “If you want something, you’ll get it”. My favorite subjects at school were Mathematics, Ukrainian, Physics, Geography, Chemistry, Biology and English. After school I went to extra-class of dancing. We danced at different festivals both in my native town and in Donetsk.

     In 2000 I wrote and presented my first scientific article and became a member of Donetsk Small Academy of Science in Physics section. In June 2000 we had practice in Ukrainian and English languages. During the practical work I learned to collect different kinds of historical material, analyze them and present them in the form of an essay. I also took part in the town competitions in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. My knowledge was good as a result I won the certificate of honor. I finished my school with the silver medal.

     In 2001 a new period started in my life, I entered Donetsk National Technical University on speciality “Automatic Control of Technological Processes and Production”. I chose it, because I wanted to work in this area of science. I passed the exam with “A” and entered without any problem. It was hard to study at the university after school, but I wasn’t afraid of any difficulty, that’s why I passed my exams with good and excellent marks. I also took part in university life. Our team “March cats” is known among students of our faculty and university. I deserved three kinds of gratitude for participation in university life. I presented students’ interests in trade union organization for 4 years. I was a member of Students’ Self-Control group of the Faculty of Power Mechanic and Automation.

     In 2005 I graduated from the university with the diploma of bachelor. I passed the exams with excellent marks and entered the Department of Masters to write scientific-research work “Researching of automatic diagnostic system of mining head discharge-plant”. My scientific supervisor, Nikulin Eduard Konstantinovich, is highly professional person, who wants me to do as much as possible in scientific-research work.

     In May 2006 I took part in the sixth international research conference “Automation Technological Objects and Processes. Searching for young talented scientists” conducted for graduate and postgraduate students. The title of my paper was “Analytical researches of parameters of the bringing pipeline”.

     After the university I’m going to work at the Ukrainian Scientific Research, Designing and Technological Institute of Explosionproof and Mine Electrical Equipment with Research-Experimental Production (UkrNDIVE) to improve my knowledge on the specialty and to become a professional specialist in the mine production.
