Sintering process as an object of the automatic control

  

The basic parameters of the technological process of agglomeration (the output value) is productive capacity agglomashine and productivity agglomerate. Productive capacity of the agglomashine is measured in tones suitable agglomerate, got for work hours. The quality is valued due to chemical composition of the agglomerate, toughness and restorability.

Indirect quality factor of agglomerate can be the attitude FeO/Fe2O3 in finished product connected with technological characteristic of agglomerate. In many ways the results of process of agglomeration depends from the sintering process control.

The difficulty of the sintering process as an object of the automatic control is defined by its dependence on large number of technological factor such as coal characteristic , fuel quantity, condition of the strike and etc. Sintering process control is contained in stabilizations of its completeness in determined point by agglomeration belt length and in selection of input parameters to provides of maximum productive capacity and high quality of the agglomerate.

Such factors, as the temperature and composition leaving gas, luminosity in vacuum-cameras, magnetic permeability of layer and others. Completeness of the sintering process can be broken as a result of change the coal composition, its moisture, degree of the compaction, coal layer thickness and speed of the motion agglomeration belt.

All this indignations are shown through the change the speed of the sintering coal , which influences the system of control by sintering completeness. As a factors of completeness of sintering coal temperature parameters of the process is usually used : the temperature in one of the last vacuum-cameras, difference or amount of the temperature in miscellaneous vacuum-camera, the temperature in general gas collector.

Using the microprocessor technology allows to use some complex factors. In general sintering process can be presented as measured parameters object with vector of the condition (output or operated values) and vector of management (controlling influences).

Outraging influences On output parameters can influence and. Agglomachine is an multiparametr object witch has two main output values - capacity of the unit and quality of the final product, these parameters depending input influence horizontal speed of the agglomeration belt , coal layer thickness, agglomachine productive capacity, conditions of the ignition and physic-chemical characteristics of coal.

Three last input values are possible to change by complex parameter - a vertical sintering speed , but as united output parameter reasonable to take the active length of the agglomachine, where sintering process ending. The Process of agglomerate production runs in condition outraging influence change of chemist-mineral and grain composition of component sintering coal, dose conditions, transportation, melanges and moistening of coal, coal loading on the agglomachine. To eliminate the influence of the indignations on the technological process the following main controlling influences are used: correlation component coal sintering, contents of carbon in coal, coal moisture, speed of the agglomeration belt , rarefied in vacuum camera and others. Particularities of the sintering process and agglomashine as ah object of the automatic control are: - agglomashine system, which has many input and output parameters; - continuous process; - the agglomashine work is subject to sharp indignations, connected with free change the goal consumption, systems retardation and etc.
