Biography
My name is Povzlo Sergey. I was born on February, 28th, 1984 in village Shakhterskoe of Velikonovoselkovsky
area of Donetsk region in the family of rural intelligency. In 1990 I went to study in the first class in Neskuchenska school.
From my father I have inherited general learning capabilities, good memory, inquisitiveness. From the first class I learned easily.
Subjects of mathematics, geography, history were most easily. I studied French language at school. I learned English language myself
in ESCC (the European School of Correspondent Education). It was useful, when I had to change school in 9 class. In 9 class I
continued education already at another school - Velikonovoselkovskaya school ¹2. I was the only one in the class who got “excellent”
at the English language test. For a long time, the teacher could not understand how I could write an examination one on "excellent".
A similar surprise was for the teacher of history as I had come to them from small rural school but my knowledge was excellent.
In 9 class I studied at regional school " Erudite ". On regional competitions in mathematics I have taken the fourth place,
and among schoolchildren of rural schools - the first. On regional competitions in 10-11 class I occupied the first places in
mathematics, histories, jurisprudence, physics, biology. Each teacher would like to send me on competition in their subject, but
they have given me an opportunity to choose. In a regional competition of experts in Ukrainian language I have taken the second
place.I finished school with the Gold medal.
I entered university in 2001, right after finishing school, by results of preliminary examinations.
I wished to get a computer related specialty (my parents have bought a computer for me when I was in 9 class). Therefore I
choose the specialty of KEM - Computer monitoring for ecology and economy. This specialty was interesting to me for the possibility
to study not only programming, but also economics and ecology, because the ecology for our region is one of the most relevant
problems that needs the immediate solution.
In the third year of study I began learning Italian language in ESCC. For two years I attend Polish Technical Faculty. I was at
a meeting with the ambassador, the general consul of Poland. During my study at the university made reports at many conferences.
Also actively participated in creation of an animation videoclip concerning ecological education of the population under the order
of Donetsk city council.
In 2005 I visited Poland. It was my first trip abroad. A group of students of different faculties of our university, including
me, passed three-week traineeship at the Warsaw school of Economics. During this traineeship we were delivered to many lectures on
economy and history of Poland, economy of EU.
In my childhood I travelled across Ukraine, have visited Kyiv, Lviv, Sevastopol, Odessa. On the second year of study at the
university we went to Prikarpatye with my schoolmates. I will remember this trip for a long time. It was also an amicable group,
the cheerful company.
The trip to Poland was also very interesting. For some reason my friends thought I was more informed in different spheres of
life and they were interested in my opinion on different issues. Sometimes it was ridiculous. We passed the border of Ukraine.
Night. Sleeping. A girl asks: "When there will be a ukrainian mobile operator? ". I answered , in 10 minutes if the bus
will keep going with the same speed, in 10 minutes. The girl, looking at her watch, waited for 10 minutes and saw the name of our
operator on a display. And said in surprise: " Sergey, exactly 10 minutes and there is an operator! ".
The subject of my master thesis is "Automatic system of monitoring and predicting meteorological parameters of atmosphere in
real time using simulating tools". This research focuses on creation of the automatic system of weather forecast at a local level
(at a level of city). Existing systems of weather forecast are very expensive and complex in creation. They are used for weather
forecast at global or national levels and do not provide an needed accuracy of the forecast for a local level. Therefore creation
of systems of local weather forecast will allow to increase the accuracy of forecast which is very important for many spheres of
life.
At present I have some ideas, there is a dream and I hope that all conceived will come true. In the professional aspect I would
like to realize my capabilities in the IT direction, working in a corresponding branch of economy.
