I was born in December 6, 1984 in Donetsk in a programmers family. My parents are Ronsal Yevgeniy Wilgelmovich and Glazunova Nataliya Georgievna. I have also elder brother, his name is Alexey. I had a usual childhood spending most the time playing in the street with other children and visiting grandparents in Avdeevka sometimes. I believe it was a great time. Me and my playmate always recall with laugh some episodes which will remain forever in our memory. I entered the High School (№ 124) at the age of 6. I studied well and learning process wasn't hard for me. There was an opportunity in our school to choose courses in graduate classes. I chose physics, information science, deep studying of mathematics and economics. During the lessons on information science I had my first meeting with computer (excluding a time when I played computer games being a guest at friends of our family). It was hard enough to choose my future profession. At that time I couldn't imagine what university I should enter. My teacher in music school told me: "That's enough to learn mathematics – enter the music college". But inspite of my progress in music I didn't feel myself inclined to it, so I didn't stop learning mathematics. It seems to me that I didn't have an evident talent for anything. As a result I decided to follow my parent's footsteps and enter the DonNTU the department of computer engineering. Now I can say I don't regret about the choice I've made. I think that studying in university was very useful for me. And it concerns not only technical knowledge. During the process of writing of term papers I've drawn to some conclusions for myself, which I appreciate and consider as very helpful in life, not only in professional activity. In particular, studying at the University revealed my disorganization, which was unnoticeable because of learning at school was much easier than one in university. That's why I had to study not only disciplines but to work at self-improvement. I am very grateful to all teachers, especially, members of AMI (Applied Mathematics and Informatics) sub-faculty, who shows respect to their students. Their work is a striking example of patience and diligence. And I feel desire to improve myself near such people. Yury Valentinovich Ladizhensky, assistant professor of AMI department, is supervisor of my degree work. I think I'm very fortunate to have him in this role. The direction of my degree work sounds like this: "Distributed databases organization methods research". This line of investigation was chosen in view of urgency of this question at present time and beside of it, I really liked to work with databases (my first experience is a term paper on creating an application of database in Microsoft Access 2000 enviroment). At the moment I'm studying InerBase - DBMS of relational databases for creating the applications with client-server architecture of arbitrary scale. As to my hobbies in childhood, I visited needlework hobby group, played volleyball. Then in 8th class I entered a musical school. Now I'm visiting dancing-classes with great pleasure. There is one more passion which attends me the whole life. It's books reading. In childhood I liked to read detective stories, now I prefer mostly classical literature. Can't help mentioning one more great event in my life. I've become a vegetarian. I love nature very much and it's always painful for me to see how people treat it. Nevertheless, I never thought about vegetarianism and determined to refuse to take meat and fish only on reading the book "The Livewire Guide to Going, Being and Staying Veggie!" (Juliet Gellatley). I turned over a new page and it changed my life for the better. I look forward with optimism. My hopes and life aims are concerned not only with computer engineering. As to my professional activity, I'm planning to take a job according to my speciality. The job has to be to my liking and to be of use for people. That's the main thing. |
