The introdution. A justification of an actuality
Remote or distant teaching is a new pfenomenon in a system of deriving of knowledge
of the students, staff of the plant, retraining of the staff, pedagogics ect. Teaching is a
targeted, systematic process of organization and stimulation of study-cognitive activity while mastering
professional knowlege, skills, developing of creative capacities, forming of world outlook and
personal qualities of the listeners indispensable for a realization of professional activity.
Remote teaching is a new architecture of educational process basing on a principle of
independent teaching of the student. Enviroment of teaching is characterized by that the pupils
basically are distant from the teacher in space or in time. At the same time they have a possibility
at any moment to maintain conversation with the help of facilities of telecommunication. This concept
is possible to esteem as an aspect of correspondence teaching as well. The educational material and tasks a
trainee recieves through the Internet, the link with teacher is carried out through the same web.
In remote teaching different information technologies supplying a trainee with basic
bulk of a studied material and communication with the teacher in a learning process can be applied. Providing
the students with the possibility to work independently studying educationel material in a lerning
process is also important.
The purpose of the work
It is necessary to pay attention to remote teaching with reference to sphere of
estimation of the real estate.
The purpose of study is the analysis of methods of the information delivery (know-how
of remote teaching), choice of the applicable method for realisation of a system of distant teaching in
a money expert estimation of the land lots as special case of sphere of a land-use system.
Suspected scintific novelty of the work
As it has been said earlier in connection with the developmend of market relation in the sphere of the
landownership there was a problem of quality and more or less quick training of personnel in sphere
of a land-use system and estimation of the real estate. The remote teaching allows to realise it. So
trainees being apart from “training centres of the snapshots”hav a possibility to gain
necessary education, moreover to utillize modern know-hows in teaching (Internet) and to gain
skills in this sphere.
Practical velue of the work
To answer this question it is necessery to describe a developed product.
The program of teaching to conduct money estimation should contain:
- All necessary information base concerning legal, normative, methodical aspects at conducting
an expert estimation.
- Numeric perfomances of some plants - analogues.
- System of teaching with a function of knowledge check.
All this should compound a system of remote teaching. For realisation of a delivered
problem the methods of distant teching (hypertext electronic pages in a complex with methods of programmatic
teaching) were selected. Information base on a product are text materials, which are necessary to
unite and classify in a complex.
The check should be carried out by the way of teaching, during which there will be some
answeres on the raised question or some alternatives of the statement. The given
check should be connected to information base of the software product.
The given information product is planned to be utillized during laboratory classes on
money estimationof land and on special courses of the appraisers conducted by faculty of geoinformation science
and geodesy with the purpose of additional structured and classified source of information with a consequent estimation
of knowledge.
