                   Short biography

       I think, each person is pensive, everyone trust in a fairy tale.

       I was born in September, the 4th, 1984 in my favourite Donetsk. Maybe it was a sunny day or it was rain, I don't think that it is important. But for two people this day became one of the happiest days. They are my parents - Olga Nikolaevna and Valery Valentinovich.

       My early childhood was very happy. I had a lot of attention and care. Probably, I don't have many memoirs about this period because I remember the childhood up to school as long summer day with remarkable weather and sonorous laughter. I had children's dreams of fairies, fairy tales, kind wizards.

        I began to prepare for school long before September, 1, 1991. I was interested in everything that was connected with it. To the first meeting in secondary school N 147 I went as for a holiday though it was rain and on a platform before school all marking for classes were washed of and the meeting was lead in a sports hall.

       I always studied with pleasure. Though I didn't always want to carry out home tasks or to get up early in the morning and to go to the first lesson, but I always found out something new with pleasure, achieved results. In primary school I received creditable sheets for excellent study every year, I frequently participated in contests in the senior classes and won school and regional Olympiads. I liked many subjects. I liked the Russian literature very much and wrote compositions with pleasure. I was fond of physics, mathematics, foreign language too. But especially I loved history and biology. Scientific works, Olympiads, abstracts - everything was very interesting. I am grateful for it to my teachers. Everything, without exception.

       In the childhood I took a great interest in dances. I continued going in for dances at school. I visited dancing groups of different types: national, ball, variety. For 4 years I was playing in a drama school " The Black Cat ". There I got valuable in my opinion quality - absence of fear at public performances.

       I always connected future with such concepts as "career", "professional growth", "a supervising post".
       The Donetsk National Technical University seemed to me perspective in this direction. The speciality " Automated management by technological processes " attracted my attention by interaction of the person and computer technologies. I entered according to the results of interview in 2001.
       I studied with pleasure various programming languages, computer programs which allow to automate various processes: from scientific search before the most complicated management of stationary mine installations.

       For the period of education I took part in interuniversity and international conferences, wrote some scientific works. Traditional meeting of rector DonNtU Minaev Ŕ.Ŕ. with students - honours pupils became the stimulus for the further perfection of the received knowledge became. Not the less impression was made by meeting with mayor of Donetsk Lukjanchenko A.A.

       After the third year I entered speciality "Management of the organizations" of the faculty of a training for a new profession and professional training. I am sure that knowledge which I received on this speciality will promote professional growth.

       Four years passed pleasantly and quickly. For this time I got acquainted with many interesting people, participated in various actions. At university I continued to be engaged in dances in collective "Mon Etual". And after the second year I was a guide in a children's health resort " The Silver Horn". This summer was one of the brightest and eventful. I will remember it very for a long time!

       After the fourth year I received the bachelor's degree on automation and I decided to change speciality. I chose speciality " Quality, standardization, the certification " where I continued the studies in magistracy to become a quality management engineer. I never regretted about the my decision. The speciality appeared interesting and competitive on a labour market.

       On the third year I decided, that I would enter magistracy. Probably, the teacher's opinion affected, that masters represent elite of university affected my decision, and also there was confidence that the good leader needs to know and to be able to do at least a bit more than the subordinates.

       The theme of the master's work hasn't been chosen casually. Recently the problem an education system reorganization received a wide circulation. Introduction of quality management system in university allows it to ratify considerably the position and provides increase of functioning efficiency of all university services.

       My plans for future is to make my dream come true - to realize the representation about career, to be the successful, talented leader. I would like to provide to the enterprise for which I will work, the premium for quality " 100 best goods of Ukraine " as the confirmation of the high professionalism.
