INTRODUCTION

        Coal cutters are to the main means for extraction of a mineral that causes the big attention given to their automation and constant improvement of their characteristics.

        The automated combine should provide:
  • More high efficiency due to increase of average speed of submission and reduction of time, that necessary for control and management of machine ;
  • Smaller labour input of driving;
  • More safe working conditions for the attendants and prevention of
  • Maintenance of higher quality of an extracted mineral.

THE REVIEW OF EXISTING TECHNICAL DECISIONS ON AUTOMATION OF THE DRIVE OF SUBMISSION OF THE COAL CUTTER

        The electric drive of Coal cutter includes nonc ntrollable, as a rule the two-impellent, asynchronous electric drive of cutting and an adjustable drive of the feeder. The established capacity of a drive of cutting of a Coal cutter has achieved 300...600 kw. As a drive of the feeder following systems are applied: a hydraulic drive (combines К101, 1ГШ68,2ГШ68, КШ1КГУ, КШ3М); the electric drive with electromagnetic muff (combines К103М, КА90, К85); thyristor the electric drive of a direct current (combines 1КШЭ, КСП, К10П) and intensively developing frequency-adjustable electric drive (FAED).

        It is base expression which defines basic laws of scalar driving of the asynchronous machine for its supply from frequency shifter(FS) with automated voltage inverter(AVI).
        Most likely, the magnetic stream of the machine depends not only on a voltage of supply U1 of frequency of a current stator w1, and from absolute sliding wо5/ (frequencies of a current of a rotor).

Development of the flowchart of a regulator of loading

        The flowchart of the developed device is produce on figure. At the scheme are designated: ДТ - the gauge of a current; ДС - the gauge of speed; ВЫП - the rectifier; МК - the microcontroller; БС - the device of the coordination of target signals of the microcontroller with the device of submission of a supply on engines of a combine and safety winch.

        The scheme works as follows: from gauges of a current the signal acts on analog differenciators which transform an analog signal in pulse, and frequency of impulses depends on a choice of parameters of resistance and the capacity, that are part of differenciators. After, the signal of differenciators, gauges of speed and selector of steps which is speed selector gets on the microcontroller where there is a processing of signals according to incorporated in it program. Then output signals of the microcontroller move on operating mechanisms electric motors of a combine and safety winch.
