Theme of master's work: Increase of longevity of the mine housing-sectional pumps. Leader of work: Kononenko A. P.
ANNOTATION
In thesis presented the results of the investigation and scientific ground for the lasting increasing of the mine housing-sectional centrifugal pumps creation, with current part, being stable to contact vibrational, hydroabrasive, cavitational and corrosional influence, aimed for chemically active medium pumping with mechanical admixture high content and mineral origin particles.
Developed the method of index rating of current part mine housing sectional pump detail vibroactivity, conditioning the contact vibrational wearing and functional characteristics alterations connected with the field unbalanced centrifugal forces non-uniformity.
Investigated and put into practice the housing-sectional centrifugal pump cophasal assembly method on the basis of the integral index probability statistic analysis balance measure and distribution of wheel residual unbalancy according to the pump rotor from the offered sampling in relation with the determined principle. The rotor pump coefficient efficiency with residual unbalancy determined distribution increases in 2-3 % relatively to the serial pumps, while reducing the aggregate vibroactivity in 1,5-2,5.
