Today, almost 100% of products from non-ferrous metals which produce in the world are produce on CRM. Any kind of CRM have similar principle of work difference only in of equipment mix (tabl.).

In 2000 year world prodaction of refined copper eaqual`s 14,48 million t. Half of this volume (7,26 million t) is processed in wire billet or wire by diameter ~ 8 mm for next production of wires, cables and other explorers of current. Now for prodaction of copper wire using equipment of different producers.
Billet for prodaction of wire have trapezium shape (see Figure 1). For research of deformation process of the trapezium-shaped continuos-cast beam-blank, which produce by casting-rolling modul were used oval roll pass design (laboratory mill 300 by department ОМТ).
In the end of researches the diagram of distribution of high deformation of billet in oval roll pass design (see Figure 2).
Thus, initial analysis of the chosen rolling layout was done resulting in high deformation distributed non proportional.
