My Biography
Resume
My name is Ziyad T. Wadeea I was born in Baghdad on 30 May
1980.My mother tong is Arabic and my second language is English and now I'm
learning Russian and I hope I'll be better in the future. I used to work In the
ministry of science and technology before I came to here, and I have
experience in c/c++,sql, matlab. My father is a math teacher and my mother
is an English literature specialist. I am the oldest in the family I have also a
brother and a
sister.
Childhood
My childhood was normal I don't remember that there was
something big, I was a calm and shy boy but with big imagination and maybe
still I am. I was raised by my grandmother which I love and miss. Back then my
teachers said that I have a love for war and fighting games and that I'll
have a future in the army, funny because it is the opposite of what I am!
School
The years I spend in my school was the best in my life
specially in my high school. My high school wasn't an ordinary school, it was
one of the best schools in the country and maybe the best. Our subjects programs
and books were all in English, the methods of teaching we had back then was
different from other schools. In mathematics and physics I was good, but I
remember that my favorite subject was the English language, I don't know maybe
because I had a very good English teacher which I have a great admiration for
him and maybe because of my mother's influence on me, anyway I also liked very
much studying history because it answers a very important question which is
"why?".
University
All the years of study in school I didn't taka so much care
for math or physics, actually it is only on the final year in school I started
to like mathematics and physics. I think this is the main reason that made me
decide to inter the college of engineering. My choice for the specialty was the
department of electronics and communications in the university of Baghdad, this
choice was based on my love for technologies and the advice of my family. I
interred to university in 1999 and graduated in 2002, I have spent an amassing
for years in college although the study was hard but I liked it so much, my
friends and my teachers and the wonderful time we spend together all that gave
an unforgettable memories. After the war I worked in the ministry of science and
technology but because of the catastrophic situations of my country my family
decided to leave the country and I decided to continue my study. My choice for
Ukraine was just a mater of an incidence and the choice was for Donetsk
technical university in the department of telecommunications.
About my Master's work
The methods of access to the Internet is one of the most
important fields of development in telecommunications now days. A new and faster
access methods is being required so that it can support better QoS for the
users, and can handle the new Internet applications like VoIP or Video on
demand. Faster access networks needs better access links and network structure,
and this what I'm intending to discuss in my master's work.
About my future
All what I'm thinking now is to get this diploma, after that to
work in this field and to get better experience. I hope that it will be peace
again in my country, so that I can go back an be united with my family again.
