About myself
I was born on 9th August, 1985 in Gorlivka, Donetsk region, Ukraine. All my childhood I spent at home, where I had studiously explored every corner looking for something new before I went to school.
Looking up to my brother’s Sergey emphatically studying at home being watched by my parents, I learned reading and writing much earlier then I went to school.
In 1992 I went to comprehensive school ¹48 in Gorlivka, which I liked very much. Altrough I did not try to learn eagerly, I was considered as one of the best pupils and repeatedly took participation in school contests in different subjects. At that time my favorite subjects were history, physics and English. I even took participated in local contest in English for two years and often took part in different intellectual games.
In 2000 year I finished school and easily passed the interview. I became a student of Gorlivka Machine-building College by profession «Machine tools service with program management and autotechnical complexes». Choosing the high educational institution was not a problem for me because my cousin Nikolay had entered the college a year before and he told me about it and about prospective studying in Donetsk
It was not difficult for me to study in the college because subjects taught there coincided with my interests. I was amazed by difference of studying in college and school. Exactly in college I became seriously interested in computers and it allowed me to take 2nd prize at regional contest in computing.
I did not try to study well from the very beginning of studying at college, but I worked harder and by the middle of 2nd year of studying I had only excellent marks. Soon I learnt about the possibility of studying at additional specialties “Computer operator” and “Economy of the enterprise” at college. As it was easy for me to study, I had finished college with 3 diplomas. I studied well that is why I had only excellent marks in each diploma and I am very proud of that.
After finishing college, I entered DonNTU as I expected having entered the college. I had an interview and passed without any difficulties and was enlisted on the 3rd course of speciality “Metal cutting tools and systems”.
Study in DonNTU seemed some harder than at college for me, however, I did not give up. Hard work at calculations and course works and even sleepless nights in front of a computer brought a result: in Summer 2006 I got a bachelor degree with average mark 4.71. It is one of the highest results among my group mates.
My last achievement is participation in international scientifical-technical conference of students, postgraduate students and young scientists “Progressive directions of development of machine - instrument – building branches and transport”. This conference passed in Sevastopol from 14thto 17th of May 2007. As a result of conference I count a valuable experience of public speech and many pleasant impressions about the city.
Now I am a master of “Metal cutting tools and instrument” faculty. Supervisor of my master’s work on theme «Internal grinding of hard-to-machine materials cutting modes determination taking into account changes in tool grinding ability» is an associated professor Poltavets Valeriy Vasil’evich.
One of my hobbies is reading different literature. Basically, it is publicistical literature. With great pleasure I read books by G.Klimov, M.Kalashnikov, A.Parshev.
After graduating from university I plan to find job and reach success in professional carrier, after all I am going to become a qualified engineer, which means to be a magician.
