Actual

Landfill of solid household wastes dangerous are sources of the contamination. For development of the most efficient methods of its protection and for minimization influences, at first necessary study mechanism and degrees of interactions of the source of the contamination and surrounding ambiences. In this connection, study of the zones of the landfill influence on the hydrosphere is actual question of contemporaneity as standpoint of protection and guard of naturals water.

Purpose of the work

To define zones of the influence landfill of solid household wastes on the water in region of their accommodation. To give character of this zone with standpoint hydrogeochemistry indicators and minerals-geochemical features.

To find general minerals-geochemical and hydrogeochemistry regularities of the development anthropogenic hypergenesis of waters in connection with landfill of solid household wastes.

For decision this purpose was organized complex of the studies on two landfills of solid household wastes located on coasts of river Kalmius with differents conditions of landscape-geochemistry.

Landfill on the city Mariupol are located in valley of river Kalmius on the left coast. Larinskiy dump on Donetsk are located on the right coast within small watershed of river Kalmius and bottom valley Chertvetnaya.

Many factors defining landscape-geochemistry conditions of this territory are different. Technology of usages and volume of wastes are approximately alike. This give a possibility to find general egularities of the development anthropogenic hypergenesis of waters.

Scientific novelty

Despite the recent issue of landfill impact on the natural water storage in their places are paying much attention, as a society, and State, but well-defined and described the characteristics of the process, its general trends and magnitude of expression does not exist. This work provides a definition of these parameters by building a mathematical model of interaction landfill sites and dumps on natural water area of their deployment.

The practical significance of the results

This results may be used in the following cases:

- Planning and design projects for the construction of solid household waste landfills;

- The development of environmental protection activities in areas where landfill sites and landfills;

- Assess the possibility of economic use of territories adjacent to the storage of landfill sites;

- Planning creating a network of monitoring natural water district placement landfill sites and landfills.
