Actions for reconstruction operating and to building of the new collieries, provided by power strategy of Ukraine, are impossible
without a construction of great volume of capital mountain developments among which the special place on technological specificity and the
functional importance is occupied with vertical trunks of different function. In the general complex of mountain developments of modern
mine on a share of trunks it is necessary to 30 % of cost and to 50 % of general time of building. The work purpose consists in increase of efficiency and safety
of explosive works at passing vertical mine trunks.
Last years practically all vertical trunks of collieries in our country were
constructed with application drilling-and-blasting technologies. drilling and blasting operation are one of the major elements sinking cycle –
their relative density in total amount in some cases can reach 40 … 50 %. The main feature of conducting explosive works in trunks
is water presence in heading and in blastholes. It is necessary to notice, that level of technical and economic indicators
and safety of explosive works at passing vertical mine trunks far is not always high enough. In practice incomplete detonations blasthole charge
of explosives (explosive), and also low values of operating ratio blastholes often enough take place, that in particular leads to
increase in duration of cleaning of breed in II phase assuming use of unproductive manual skills of drifters, to 35 % from general time
of loading of breed. It is possible to explain such state of affairs an insufficient level of scrutiny of process of destruction of rocks
explosion of charges water filled blastholes, application of the same designs blasthole charge under various conditions of detonation. On the
basis of the aforesaid it is possible to conclude, that perfection of technology of explosive works for the purpose of reduction of time
of cleaning of breed and sinking cycle as a whole at passing vertical trunks – an actual scientific and technical problem.
One of possible ways of the decision of this problem is working out of designs
blasthole charge explosive which application would allow to strengthen explosion influence on the bottom part drilling a file and thereof
to reduce expenses of work and time for breed cleaning in II phase.
Research problems:
• To make the analysis of references on a theme of the given work;
• To make theoretical researches of action of explosion blasthole charge
explosive with an inert interval between its parts on environment;
• To make laboratory experiments on studying of influence of various
properties of a material of an inert interval between fighting and passive parts of charge explosive which is blown up in filled
water blasthole, on size of a radial impulse from explosion of a passive part of a charge;
• On the basis of the spent researches to develop a design blasthole
harge explosive for strengthening of influence of explosion on a benthonic part blasthole in drilling a file of rocks;
• To estimate possible economic benefit of application of the developed
design blasthole charge explosive at passing vertical mine trunks.
