Theme urgency

Complexity of administrative process by innovative risk, absence of special scientific and methodical base by their working out and realisation, necessity of formation of corresponding mechanisms and management tools have caused a choice of a theme of work, its actuality and the importance, for development of the theory and management practice by innovative risks.

The purpose and research problems

The purpose master’s works is development of the system of management by innovative risk and recommendations concerning their realisation, and also improvement of theoretical, methodical and practical questions in this direction.
The basic scientific and practical master’s works:
- the analysis of essence of innovative risk;
- the analysis of the purposes and problems of management by innovative risks;
- to ground of necessity of management of risk, development and realisation of innovative actions with use of modern approaches;
- to development of methodical bases of an estimation of innovative risk;
- to development of recommendations about decrease of innovative risk;
- conducting of analysis of developed in work by management of innovative risk at the enterprises and introductions of recommendations which are developed on the basis of theoretical researches.
Object of research is innovative processes on industrial enterprises, principles and methods by management of risk which arises by working out and realisation of innovative actions.

Scientific methods of research

Researches on a task are based on scientific principles of conducting of scientific researches. Such methods are used in master's degree work:
1. fundamental (a dialectics and determinism principle);
2. general scientific: a terminological principle, a principle of the historical approach, a principle of the regular approach.

Scientific value of research

The basic scientific result master’s works consists in the subsequent development of theoretical bases of management by risk by working out and realisation of innovative actions at the enterprise and the organisation of management of risk.

Practical value of results of research

Approaches, methods and got results which were developed in master's degree work are a methodical government a risk base at development and realization of innovative measures.
Actuality of the chosen theme is determined in introduction, a primary purpose and tasks of researches is formulated. The compressed summary of the results received in work is submitted, their scientific novelty and practical value and data about use of results of the spent researches in management by innovative risks.

Section 1. Innovative risks: a general characteristic and the management task.

Development of innovative activity requires the subsequent researches of its theoretical aspects. The analysis of determination of risk conducted in master's degree work testifies that this category needs subsequent study and improvement. Risk concepts are complemented in master's work. A risk is probability of losses or appearance of additional charges during realization of innovative project. In master's work attention is accented on the necessity of subsequent study of theoretical aspects of management an innovative risk. Classification of factors of innovative risks is developed to that end.

Section 2. Research of features of management by innovative risks.

Management of risk - specific branch of management which covers the various problems connected practically with all directions and aspects of management. The risk-management of innovative projects can be considered as the major and effective way of a prediction and decrease risk. It represents process of preparation and realisation of actions for decrease in negative consequences of undesirable succession of events for the purpose of the prevention of ineffective decisions, realisation of innovative projects. Researches of features of management by risk of innovative projects will allow to come to conclusion about necessity of formation system of management by innovative risks.

Section 3. Formation system of management by innovative risks.

System of management innovative risks is an aggregate of methods of analysis and neutralization of influencing of risk factors, united in the unique system of exposure, estimation, planning, monitoring and conducting, correcting measures. Within the limits of system management by innovative risks it is offered to carry out diagnostics of risk of innovative projects and an estimation of their capacity by means of the developed technique of diagnostics. This technique represents symbiosis of various methods and provides two stage of examination of innovative risk.
In conclusions the basic results and positions which are taken out on protection are formulated.
