I was born on February, 5th, 1987 in settlement Novyj Svet of Starobeshevskij area. In spite of the fact that I am the only child in a family, I did not become the egoist. My parents: Shvetsov Alexey Gennadievich and Shvetsova Olga Aleksandrovna – the best people in the world!
In the childhood I was often ill and was the weak child, but very much wished to become strong and healthy. Probably therefore I have gone to section in karate. Since the early childhood I was the inquisitive, active and sociable child.
On September, 1st, 1994 I went to the first class of the Novosvetskaja school ¹1. I was capable enough pupil.
In the senior classes I conducted active public work, participated in all school actions. With pride I can name myself the versatile person as I possess abilities to exact and to the humanities. I was participated in the school and regional olympiads practically in all subjects. Especial successes I has achieved in the field of geography and economy. Gultjaeva Natalia Dmitrievna – the teacher of geography which could impart love to the subject was my favourite teacher. Her lessons was always interesting to me.
Also school days – the period of active sports activity. At this time I seriously was engaged karate, participated in regional and republican competitions.
The economist I have decided to become not at once, very much wished to become the programmer. But after I have won on the regional olympiad on economy, I have decided to enter to Economic department. I did not think long time about University, at once has decided that I will enter to DonNTU. «Management of the personnel and work economy» I have chosen a speciality because of the name :-), but never has not regretted about it!
I studied well enough. Average grade during the study more then 4,7. Estimations did not excite me till the 4th course. When I have understood that I can continue training on the budget. I have decided to more study, but this not helped me :-)...
Similarly I took part in public life of university, and at the beginning of 2008 I was chosen Chairman of student advice of hostel ¹5 DonNTU.
Separately, I would like to note the person who made the greatest influence on me over the period of my training - Zhir Vladislav Vladimirovich, coach of sport club «Satori», multiple champion of Ukraine, prizewinner of Championships of Europe, the master of sports of international class...
Theme of my work: «selection of staff», to my mind very is interesting, in fact any company – it, foremost, people. If personnel will divide general values, will have potential of development, necessary set of competences – business will be successful.
I wish to finish work on the diploma and to protect it perfectly well in a following semestre. I very much wish to improve my English by means of corresponding training, after all without it now it is difficult to find good work.
