Research-and-production association «ÄÎÍÈÊÑ» is grounded in 1991 in the city of Donetsk (large industrial centre of the Southeast of Ukraine) on the basis of chair "Metal forming" of Donetsk polytechnical institute (now - Donetsk national technical university).
