Short biography: |
Childhood |
I was born on 8 Oktober, 1986, Snezhnoye, Donetsk region. I was the second child in my family, I was excelled by my brother – Aleksej Y. Maslov, 1977. I grew up in the family of Yurij A. Maslov, engineer, and Olga G. Maslova, doctor. I won’t tell about what a good child I’ve been, because the major part of these facts have been erased from my memories by time. But on my parent’s stories, my behavior varied from angel to devil. |
School |
I was brought there on 1 September, 1994. I studied in school №8 until I entered a university. My brother had studied in the same school, and that was a cause for my parents to hold him up as an example for me. Though that school placed a few steps away from my home, and all the teachers new my parents (thanks my brother), I’ve always had rather good marks and haven’t shirked school. Later on my brother finished the school and entered DonNTU . Watching him doing his assignments, and taking to attention my love of computers, particularly of computer games (yes, I like smart ones and I’m proud of this!), I realised I wanted to study at the same place where my brother had and to cast my lot with computers, perhaps even with working up the computer games. Well, I can’t tell nothing interesting to tell about my study till 9th grade, because this period consist of unconnected pieces of memories. But in the period of time from 9th till 11th grade I used to take part in competitions in Algebra, Geometry, Physics, History, Law, Ukrainian and Russian languages (in some of these competitions I even fell outside the limits of school level). And even when I entered DonNTU on results of entrance exams, I didn’t turn up my nose and studied to the last day. |
University |
So, exams were set for. I entered the state budget of Computer science faculty (FVTI), speciality Computer systems and networks. Thus, I followed my brother’s steps. In the beginning of the first year I have tried to learn German, but I had to postpone it for the future, because of free time lack. During my study I’ve got a lot of useful skills, and thanks to it I learned basic knowledge of writing of window applications by programming language C# in shortest terms. I used to use them afterwards while working as a manager of small computer networks. During my study in the university I lived in a dormitory №9, what had lead to a lot of new acquaintances; a circle of friends, that was much bigger than the previous one. |
Plans for the future |
1st. Whenever it is possible I’d like to learn German 2nd. Future is future, time will tell. |
