Summary of research and developments
Introduction
Actuality of work. To date, on the
estimations of specialists, basic hydrocarbon reserve of Ukraine (about 40%
supplies of oil and gas) is concentrated in the districts of domestic sector of
shelf of Black and aquatorium of Azov seas. He makes a more than 1,5 milliard of
tons of conditional fuel. In spite of high perspective and meaningfulness of
hydrocarbon resources of the Azovo-Blacking region, the level of their mastering
to the middle of 90th of ХХ age did not exceed 4%
[1].
Therefore the last years the volumes of
engineer-geological and geological survey works were considerably increased on a
continental shelf, mining holes related to the boring drilling in to 50 meters
depth and more. These mining holes are used for implementation robot, marine
borings platforms related to raising and building of erection of the different
setting. Application in these terms of the specialized drillships from high
operating costs economic beside the purpose, and at slight depths exterminating
– not always possibly. In these terms the perspective method of the boring
drilling is the multitrip an interval boring drilling with the use of submerge
options. Therefore development of hardwares for well-drilling on a shelf to date
is actuality of work assignment [2,
3].
Experience of the use of setting of UMB-130
and UMB-130M rotined efficiency of technologies of the an interval
well-drilling. In this case a necessity falls off both for application of the
special ships and dear technologies of the boring drilling, that reduces the
cost of works. But an existent construction have failings, namely at the boring
drilling in the hard breeds of clay complex speed of driving of mining hole goes
down sharply.
Connection of work with the scientific programs, plans, themes. Qualifying work of master's degree is executed during 2008-2009 pursuant to scientific direction of department «Technology and engineering of investigation of deposits of minerals» DonNTU.
A purpose of work is an improvement of construction of a submerge boring shell of options of UMB-130 and UMB-130M, which provides a rev-up without a stippler boring drilling in hard breeds. It will allow substantially to promote the технико-экономические indexes of borings works.
The idea of work consists in the increase of speed of driving of hard breeds at the without a stippler boring drilling due to realization of the combined method of destruction of breeds, including the simultaneous affecting backwall of stream of liquid and periodic shock loadings, generated hydraulic hammer.
Tasks of work:
1. To develop the structural chart of boring shell, providing work of
hydraulic hammer with the simultaneous washing away of rock on a backwall at the
boring drilling without the selection of stippler.
2. To substantiate the
structural parameters of the offered chart of boring shell.
3. To
substantiate technology of the without a stippler boring drilling.
4. To
develop an of principle chart and construction of Warner of inclination of
boring shell, providing the reliable signaling about raising of the boring
setting of UMB-130 on a bottom exterminating.
An object of development is processes at well-drilling in the ground deposits on the shelf of seas.
The article of development is a construction and parameters of hydropercussion boring shell, providing the combined method of driving of mining hole at the without a stippler boring drilling.
Scientific novelty.The substantiate of the regime of the without a stippler boring drilling is conducted at the combined method of driving: affecting backwall of the shock loadings and monitor washing out of rock.
Practical importance.
1. The
construction of hydropercussion shell, providing the combined method of driving
of mining hole is developed.
2. The construction of warner of inclination of
boring shell is developed.
On preliminary
estimations, the use of the improved hydropercussion boring shell of setting of
UMB-130M with a new overhead distributive knot will allow to rev up driving of
mining hole without the selection of stippler in strong clay soils in 2-5 times
(due to simultaneous work of hydraulic hammer and monitor washing out of rock on
a backwall).
The developed warner of
inclination of boring shell provides the synonymous signaling of position of the
boring setting of UMB-130 on a day exterminating. It allows to reduce the
unproductive expenses of time [4].
Approbation of work. The substantive provisions of work were presented on VΙΙΙ of the Allukrainian conference boring «Drilling» in 2008 year, on the Allukrainian competition of the student advanced studies in industry «Oil and gas industry» in a nomination «Well-drilling, booty, transport and maintainance of oil and gas» in 2009 year (diploma of the third degree), ΙХ of the Allukrainian conference boring «Drilling» in 2009 year.
