Who are my parents?.. Daddy: Burlak Sergey Leonidovsch was born on 20th of January 1962 in Selidovo of Donetsk region. In 1963 he went to a kindergarten “Camomile” in Selidovo. From 1969 to 1979 he studied in school №2. Also he was fond swimming (has the adult category on swimming), football and athletics. From 1980 to 1983 he served in sea army as a frontier guard in “17th separate brigade of patrol ships of frontier troops”. Daddy served in such cities, as Anapa, Baku and Krasnovodsk. In 1984 he entered to Donetsk polytechnical institute on mountain-geological faculty on a speciality “Mine surveyor business”. His diploma work was on theme: “The project of completion of coal of mine stocks “Butovka-Donetsk” production department Donetskugol with daily extraction 4000 t. And mine surveying works and everything that is connected with it”. After examination he had the qualification of the mountain engineer-mine surveyor. Now he works as a mine surveyor on of A.F.Zasjadko mine.
Mum: Burlak Irina Nikolaevna, was born on 28th of August 1965 in Donetsk. In 1968 went to a kindergarten. From 1972 to 1975 she studied at eight-year school №65 in Donetsk, and from 1975 to 1982 she continued her education at school №57 in Donetsk and when she finished it, she got a certificate with excellent marks. Also she went at a musical school in a class on a piano and she was fond of athletics. In 1982 she entered to Donetsk polytechnical institute on mountain-geological faculty on a speciality “Mine surveyor business”. Her diploma work was on theme: “The project of completion of coal of mine stocks Korotchenko production department “Selidovugol” with daily extraction 2500 t. And mine surveying works and everything that is connected with it”. After examination she had the qualification of the mountain engineer-mine surveyor. Now she works as a chief of department of settlement of losses in the insurance company “Alfa. Fin”. I have achieved whatever successes, always there is someone who helps me. It is my parents. Always they inspire love and hope of success in my soul and heart, believe in me. I want to thank my parents for all: for education which they gave me, for patience which they show me throughout all my life, for those character traits which I posses, for human qualities which they brought up me and for those vital values which they learnt to see me.

That is why I have some vital rules:

I try to notice in myself the best, for this I forget about the weaknesses and I develop strengths of the nature;
I put the real purposes and I achieve them;
I try to be such what I am;
I resist to extraneous influence;
I try to act correctly. Therefore I want to tell thanks to my parents because it will not be anything without their participation!

How did my childhood passe?.. I was born on 9th of February 1988 in Donetsk. In October 1989 I went to a kindergarten "Toy". The group was very unity and friendly. We and our tutors did morning exercises, spent lessons on music and learnt English. That is why I like English till now. Also our parents, grandmothers and grandfathers came at the morning performance. They listened poems and songs. I remember, how in the beginning of September we with our tutors went to see the first call at school, and it was unforgettable impressions: a sea of flowers, all children were dressed elegantly, and teachers told many good words to their pupils.
The circle of my hobbies was not limit to a kindergarten. Some times in a week I went on national dances to ensemble "Konfiti" and some times acted on different actions. Also I was engaged drawing and one more time a week I went to school of creativity for children. As a rule, on these lessons we learnt English, drawing, rhythmics, choreography and music. Also we prepared for perfomances: learnt poems, songs and dances.
Also when I was three years old, I with my parents or with my grandmother and the grandfather went on the rest in Slavjanogorsk. It were the fantastic days! Because all days we walked in the wood, collected mushrooms, leaves, flowers and cones. When we came back from walk, we fed up squirrels which lived in boarding house. Sometimes we walked on the river by a boat. When I was three years, my grandmother and my grandfather took me for the first time in my life on the sea to Crimea. It was May and the sea was cold, that is why I did not swimming in it. But then this sea seemed as a whole ocean for me! Also we walked in the parks and saw dolphins in the high sea.
I had very joyful childhood with many of pleasant impressions and memories about it!!!
With what did my school life begin?.. In 1995 I entered in the first class at school №19 in Donetsk. My first teacher was Burova Lyudmila Petrovna. She is the remarkable teacher and the person. In the elementary school we took part in the morning performances, went to the botanical garden, circus and theatres.
In the 5th class our class teacher was Volkova Anna Grigorevna, the teacher of the Ukrainian language and the literature. We obliged much for this person. Because she taught love the native language and literature, taught to voice our point of view, taught to be a command and always to remain people in the reality situation. In this school I met many good teachers, such as: Kartunova Lyudmila Zaharovna (the teacher of Russian and the literature), Gello Tamara Vasilevna (the teacher of German), Nikulina Svetlana Ivanovna (the teacher of physics).
The school life passed very active. Often our class took part in the many actions and in the Olympiads of German.
In September 2002, I continued my education in Donetsk Lycee “Intellect”. Time passed very quickly and interesting. Lessons, control works, examinatioms, interesting trips, all it remained in my memory. The lycee became for us as the second home, where the mind and body ecology combined. Our teachers opened the knowledge before us and we learnt the true for ourselves.
I wish to express special gratitude to to Vlasovu Vladimir Vladimirovichu (the director of lycee "Intellect" and the teacher of history), Kurnosovoj Svetlane Aleksandrovne (the director of studies by an educational part and the teacher of jurisprudence), to Tolpyginu Alexandru Egorovichu (the teacher of algebra and geometry), to Fyodorovu Grigoriju Ivanovichu (the teacher of computer science), Kotanovoj Inna Viktorovne and Lavrinovich Victorii Albertovne (the teacher of chemistry), Olendar Olge Sergeevne (the teacher of Russian and the literature) and, certainly, to our class teacher – Nosach Elene Vladimirovne (the teacher of the Ukrainian and the literature).
These teachers taught to be exacting us to themselves and taught to cons more tolerance to errors of companions. During study in lycee we taughtt to work, think, create, to voice the point of view.
That is very important: I was helped to see itself the best, to believe in itself, and these are small steps to self-affirmation in a life.
Now it is difficult to present that in my life could and not to be these three remarkable years despite all difficulties and tests.
I am grateful to destiny that all was occurred so!!!
How does my students life go on?..
In 2005 I entered in Donetsk national technical university on economy and management faculty on a speciality “Personnel Management and Labor Economics”.
I was very happy when I recognized about my entry to university. Everyone was seemed very adult for me and many subjects were not clear. During my first examinations I got more exams automatically. Also we wrote many control works, course works and papers. The student’s life goes on very interesting and funny. I always try to find the free time for my family, natives and friends.
In the end of 5th semester I was on the practice in the company “Sarmat” with my several friends (Borejko Marina and Vorobyov Alexey). During the practice we familiarized with some personnel office-work and with some elements of manufacture. In the end of 7th semester I was on the practice in the company “Insurance company ”NASTA” and I familiarized with some kind of insurance and insurance business.
Also I defined with the theme for my master work. The theme is calling “Management style of human resource in a company”. I consider that this theme is very actual in our time, when the average business starts to develop. The success of each company depends on people. It is necessary to choose the most comprehensible management style for people, who work in it. My supervisor of studies is the Ph.D. in Economics Sled Alexandra Nikolaevna. She helps me very much in a writing my works.
Also I wish to express to teachers: to Usachyovoj Galine Viktorovne (chair of the economic theory), Matvejchuk Victorii Ivanovne (chair of the finance and a banking), to Golote Valentinu Stanislavovichu (sociology and political science chair), Evseevoj Elene Gennadievne (chair of higher mathematics of V.V. Paka) and, certainly, to teachers of our native chair “Personnel Management and Labor Economics”: to Shvets Irine Borisovne, Zaharovoj Oksane Vladimirovne, Chumachenko Elene Vladimirovne, Sled Alexandre Nikolaevne, Pozdnjakovoj Svetlane Valerevne, Kovalenko Tatyane Viktorovne, Konovalchik Vere Vladimirovne, Podluzhnoj Natalie Aleksandrovne and Shulginoj Tatyane Sergeevne.
In the summer, after the 4th course, I got a job in a company «Donbass Arena». I consider that it is an enormous experience to work with people. Because it is necessary to find the approach and to understand its psychological condition. Besides, that I study and I work, still regularly I go in for sports in sport club "SportMax" and throughout several years I study English. I consider that knowledge of a foreign language it is one of pledges of success of the person.
What plans do I have for the future?..
In the future I plan to continue studying of English and to start studying of German or the Spanish. I hope that at I will combine harmoniously my professional work with sports and my native people and friends. Now I start to reflect on reception of the second higher education on a speciality "Psychologist" and I think that it will be good addition to my first speciality.
Certainly, I want to find a job on the speciality. Because I want understand “Can I really work on the speciality or not?” I think that more important when person takes from job not only material satisfaction and moral satisfaction too.
There are many countries in which I want to visit and plunge into culture of local population. And every day their number are increased. For example, I dream to visit Spain and to walk on small streets of Barcelona and Valencia, in America, in New York, in India and I will acquaint with culture and local population, religion, and I want to go to a backpacking with backpacks and tent, if the boldness and resoluteness will allow me.
