Transformation of the economic system of Ukraine in the context of providing of eurointegration aspirations and membership in World торговой requires high-quality the new going near the decision of problem of socio-economic height. On the modern stage of development of our country only the innovative oriented economy is able to provide the passing ahead rates of height. Taking into account сказанное, the pressing questions of economic policy of the state are structural alteration and modernisation of industry and development of innovative pattern of economic growth.
The analysis of economic practice shows that modern rates of realization of innovative activity in Ukraine extremely unsatisfactory. In spite of the fact that introduction of innovations on industrial enterprises is one of methods of improvement of pattern of production, maintenance of high rates of development and level of profitableness, the innovations of this pores did not become the proper mean of increase of competitiveness. An existent situation is conditioned by the row of internal and external factors among which most ponderable is imperfection of the financial providing.
A problem of the financial providing of innovative activity is not new for economic science. To the questions of opening of essence of the financial providing, researches of the different going near the increase of efficiency of financing of innovative activity, exposure and drawing on reserves for realization of innovative activity, by the economic ground of innovative projects, in realization of innovative activity devoted finding out of reasons of origin of negative tendencies quite a bit works of foreign and home scientists- economists: Valdaicev S., Vorobiev V., Gromeka V., Hobta V., Kravchenko С., Kabakov V., Lapin N., Mindelu L., Druker P., Santo B., Tviss B., Foster R., Friman D., Shumpeter I. and others.
In spite of the fact that scientific works on this subjects are very considerable, there are questions which remain worked not enough out both in theoretical and in practical aspects. It is questions, related to the rational use of own investment resources, by the construction of the methodical going near the estimation of efficiency of innovative projects in case of financing by the personal and loan funds, minimization of influence of risks on the results of innovative projects, strengthening of regulator influence of the state on innovative activity.
The brought considering over testify to actuality and importance of the chosen direction of research and stipulated the choice of theme, outlined an object and object, an aim and research tasks defined.
Aim and research tasks. The aim of work is development of theoretical positions in relation to fitting for their decisions and development of practical instruments for perfection of their efficiency.
The aim of research stipulated the necessity of decision of next tasks:
• deepen theoretical positions on providing of innovative development of enterprises;
• carry out the analysis of the state of the financial providing of innovative development of enterprises in Ukraine;
• systematize basic indexes reflecting innovative development of enterprises;
• improve the classification of sources of funding innovative projects;
• offer methodical recommendations on support of development of enterprise;
• work out recommendations that to the improvement of ways of the financial providing of innovative development of enterprises.
The object of the work are processes of the financial providing of innovative development of enterprise.
The subject of research are principles, methods and instrument of the financial providing of innovative development of enterprises.
Research methods. As teoretical and methodological bases for work scientific developments, expounded in labours of home and foreign scientists on finances, management theory, management, economy, are used, and also the methods of comparison were used, index, balance, graphic, экономико mathematical and other methods of economic ground.
Scientific significance. New ways over of their decision are brought, conformities to law of influence of choice of directions of the financial providing are marked on development of enterprise.
The practical significance. Research results from the practical point of view there is the worked out system of the financial providing of development of enterprise, which will provide the most effective use of existent sourcings. The offered classification of sources of financial development of enterprise taking into account the features of the use of new legal forms in the modern terms of economic activity and allows the subjects of activity to carry out a reasonable choice on the basis of advantages and defects.
Conferences. Basic master's degree job performances were given a report, came into question and got a positive estimation on two scientific conferences.
Publications. By results the conducted research 2 articles are published in professional editions.
Structure and volume of work. Master's work consists of the introduction, three sections, conclusions and applications.
BASIC MAINTENANCE OF WORK
The introduction proved the relevance of the theme of master's work, identified the subject and object of research, formulated the main goals and objectives of the research, revealed a general methodology, scientific novelty and practical significance of the results and the degree of approbation.
In the first section, "Theoretical and methodological bases of research the mechanism of financial support innovation enterprise" are found out economic essence of the financial providing of innovative activity on the enterprises of Ukraine, classification of sourcings of innovative activity is conducted, the basic organizational forms of financing of innovative activity are described.
In particular, it is shown that in economic science and practice of financial activity until now it is not mine-out single methodical going near determination of essence of concept "Financial providing of innovative activity". For opening of maintenance of this concept opinions of many researchers are in-process presented. Taking into account advantages and lacks of each of them, an author offered own determination of the financial providing of innovative activity as a complex of methods and levers of influence on innovative activity, which will be realized in different forms him in the system of financing. Coming from such understanding, by the basic constituents of the financial providing of innovative activity methods and forms of financing, levers of influence on innovative activity, sources of receipt of facilities, monitoring and control after financing of innovative activity. The above-mentioned constituents reflect the basic aspects of organization of process of financing of innovative activity on enterprises which must be taken into account during realization of this type of activity, and determination is formulated deeper exposes essence of this concept and allows to deepen research methodology.
The study of world experience of realization of innovative activity allowed to assert that providing of the economy growing in a long-term prospect on innovative basis requires creations of corresponding institutional structures, which effectively influence on the degree of activity of innovative activity and provide introduction of her results in practical activity. Therefore in-process considerable attention is spared to the questions of development of modern organizational forms of integration of science and production, maximally adjusted to the market conditions.
In scientific literature until now active discussions proceed concerning that, where an innovative process is more effective - in large corporations, uniting under one roof scientific researches, production and production distribution, or in small innovative enterprises. Taking into account it, it becomes firmly established in-process, what only the effective use of different organizational forms which differ on the scales of innovative activity and after her maintenance can provide the innovative constituent of development of economy and forming of market relations in an innovative sphere.

In the second section "Analysis of financial support innovative development of enterprise" the ways of the financial providing of enterprises are considered, especially innovative direction. Possible variants of introduction of the methods of bringing in of finances which will be considered and analysed with the purpose of estimation of expediency of their introduction not used before.
In the third section, "Improving the mechanism of financial support innovative development of enterprise" new concrete methodical recommendations are worked out on perfection of the system of the financial providing of innovative development of enterprises in the conditions of market economy. Suggestions are also brought in introduction of mechanisms of estimation of necessity of the financial providing.
CONCLUSIONS
The analysis of the state and prospect of development of enterprises of Ukraine was conducted in master's degree work, essence of concept of innovative development is exposed, and also theoretical positions of development of enterprises are considered. Their possible decisions over of Ukraine are brought. The ways of development of theoretical bases of the financial providing of enterprises were considered, especially innovative direction. New concrete methodical recommendations were worked out on perfection of the system of the financial providing of innovative development of enterprises in the conditions of market economy. Suggestions are also brought in introduction of mechanisms of estimation of necessity of the financial providing.
