AUTOBIOGRAPHY

Childhood

I was born in 1988 the 25th of April in the fine city of Donetsk, in this city have passed my childhood and a youth. My mother, Kharchenko Victoria, is a deputy head of Lenin department № 6111 “Oshchadnyj bank”. My father, Kharchenko Alexandr, is drifter of mine “Lidievka”. My parents paid huge attention to my education, promoted formation of such qualities, as: modesty, good breeding, kindness, politeness, decency, honesty. I remember as mother to me in the evenings read fairy tales, sang songs, learnt with me poems. I grew the modest and obedient girl. But since the early childhood the main lines of my character were shown: persistence, obstinacy, purposefulness. I have not learn that such a children's garden. Since the childhood I have been surrounded by love and caress of the parents, grandmothers and grandfathers. The childhood is unforgettable, carefree time in a life of each person. I recollect the childhood as a magic fairy tale in which was not neither a grief, nor grief, tears, and I am very grateful for it to the parents.

School years

In 1995 I have entered in specialised school № 115. The first school day for ever remained in my memory: after all this day I became the schoolgirl. My first teacher is Savelova Anastasia, the person with the kind soul. She concerned the pupils with understanding and care, tried to make our lessons more interesting, therefore often spent various games and competitions. First three years of training at school have not considerably flown by.

Sherbakova Natalia, the teacher of the French, became my class teacher in the senior classes. She tried to impart to us the knowledge and to prepare for an adult independent life. At school I studied well: to the sixth class was the honours pupil. I devoted much time to studying of foreign languages, with interest studied jurisprudence. I express gratitude to Saprykin Gennady, the principal, for the received knowledge on English which became necessary for me in the further life. In the period of teaching at school I liked to dance, read books, embroider, bind, draw. Teacher on drawing delighted in my talent and often ordered my pictures to the different competitions.

For me school years are the best years of my life. At school I have met true friends, was defined in a choice of the hobbies, for the first time have met vital difficulties, rejoiced to the first victories. The school for ever remains in my heart a light stage of a course of life.

Youth

To the termination of the eleventh class I was firmly defined with a trade choice. Without breaking family traditions, I have decided to entere on economic faculty in Donetsk National Technical University. I have chosen the given university because Donetsk National Technical University is one of known higher educational institutions who carries out preparation of experts in modern technologies; many employers positively respond about graduates and teachers of this university. From the list of economic specialities I was interested in the bright name and novelty by a speciality «Management and Labour Economics». In my opinion, this speciality is one of the most prestigious and demanded economic specialities not only in our country, but also all over the world. And in 2005 I am enlisted by results of interview in Donetsk National Technical University.

In 2006 I have married. In 2007 in my life there was an important event in my life – a birth of the daughter. I had new duties and cares. The role of mother was given to me with great difficulty. I continued training at university on day branch, without passing any employment. My husband was engaged in education of the daughter.

In 2009 I have received the bachelor's degree and same year have entered in a magistracy on the budget. I consider this event by the main success during my training in Donetsk National Technical University. From the first course I have decided that I will entere in a magistracy. From my point of view, the magistracy gives the chance successful employment in the large international companies, opens wide prospects of interesting work and an outstanding career.

The theme of the master's work «Improvement of the Organization of Wage», in my opinion, this problem is very interesting and actual as the wages are a major factor which provides effective system of material stimulation of workers and forms the motivational mechanism of labour activity. The scientific adviser – Chumachenko Elena. I am assured that by means of my scientific adviser I will write excellent master's work as Chumachenko Elena is the competent expert in the field.

I express gratitude to note following teachers: Shvets Irina, Zaharova Oksana, Chumachenko Elena, Lyskova Svetlana.

In my opinion the greatest advantage to me was brought by studying of such disciplines, as: “Management of personnel”, “Management of personnel development”, “Economy of work”, “Statistics of work”.

Plans for the future

In the near future I plan to finish and successfully to protect the master’s work, to receive the diplom of the master, to get a job in the large company.

Plans for more long-term period: as I am careerist at heart: in the foreground I have a work. I hope to become the highly skilled expert, and to receive a post of the head of the top echelon.
