Currently the methodical furnaces, in which fuel is burned with an air flow rate in the range from 1,05 to 1.25 - one of the most common means of heating of metal before rolling. As a result of heating of billets in such furnaces is lost from 1% to 3.5% by weight of the metal due to its oxidation. In connection with the above, you can expect a significant economic benefit provided reduce the influence of negative factors in the heating of metal in the methodical furnaces.
This work is of great importance in решенни problems of dross formation, as well as the decision of this problem will help significantly reduce losses of metal with fervour and improved technical and economic parameters of the furnace.
As a result of research has been developed the mathematical model of the process of oxidation of the steel when heated under rolling. The data were obtained on the reduction in 2 times the number of metal, with fervour.
