         Actuality of theme. Study of the problems of investment economics has always been in the spotlight of economic science. This is because investments touch upon the deepest foundations of economic activity,defining the process of economic growth in general.
         The aim of the study.The purpose of master's work is the development of theoretical propositions and development of the practical recommendations to improve the management of investment processes in the enterprise.
         Research tasks. Tasks of the Master’s work are as follows:
         – Study the main point of investment management processes in the enterprise;
         – Disclosure of classifications of investment management processes;
         – Disclosure of the system of investment management in the enterprise;
         – To consider the legal basis of the investment process;
         – Recommendations for improving management of investment processes in the enterprise.
         The object of study.The investment processes in the enterprise.
         Subject of study. Principles and methods of investment management of investment processes in the enterprise.
         The main scientific results.The scientific value of research results is the reasons for the proposals to improve the management of investment processes in the enterprise.
         Methods: A comparative analysis of economic and statistical analysis, systematization, generalization, economic and mathematical modeling.
         The practical significance of the results. Proposed methodological recommendations that let effectively manage the investment process in the enterprise.

         Individual aspects of investment management processes focus on the scientific work of foreign scientists: Alan Marcus Evie Bodie, Alex Kane, Gordon J. Alexander, Jeffery V. Bailey, William F. Sharpe, Frank J. Fabotstsi,by whom was analyzed the process of investment management, were considered methods of investment management, the challenges of globalization of investment.
         Topic of investment and the investment process was highlighted in the works of teachers and masters DonNTU: Bazarova NS, Mentelle AY, Meshkov AV, Nemchin MS, Fishenko ON, Hobta VM.
         Problems of investment, its meaning and impact on the economy are considered by the scientists of our country such as Blank IA, Wankowicz DI, Daskovsky W., Kotz EM, Kirilenko VI, Kucher VA, Orlova VA, Peresada AA, Pirog OV, Pugacheva MV, Skvortsova NA, Udalykh OO, Kharlamova GO, Yatsenko AV. Analysis of the published works of this topic, led to the conclusion that scientific research are multifaceted, but this issue remains to be not enough understood and topical in our time that determined the choice of research topic.

         Correct direction of investment (and sometimes — just its availability) let the enterprise significantly improve its competitive position, improve the competitiveness of their products, increase profits.
         As a result of the analysis was given the following definition. Investment management — is a complex of methods for developing and implementing of management decisions to achieve the purpose.
         For taking into account, analysis and efficiency of investment is needed to scientifically — based classification at both the macro and micro levels.
         In the master's work was reviewed the mechanism of investment management, which in modern conditions is the most important element in the overall management system. The structure of the mechanism consists of several elements: an external mechanism and the internal mechanism.
         Investment management is not an autonomous process, it is part of the economic management system.
         State regulation of investment activity is carried out in each state, and the necessity of its activization depends on the investment processes in the country and the level of economic development in general.
         The consequence of attracting investment into the economy of any country is creating new production capacities, increase the number of jobs, the intensification of production, which in the end, often increases the flow into the state budget in the form of taxes.

         Successful development of the business entity of any organizational–legal form in a competitive environment largely depends on the extent of its investment activity and that is why it is needed the articulate development of theoretical and methodological foundations of investment analysis.
