Goals and Objectives of the Master

The purpose of my master's work is to develop a more rational, economic terms, methods of mining in outburst sandstone

The main objectives of work are:

  1. The calculation of the required parameters of the workings offers a way to mine them. A.G. Stakhanov.
  2. The calculation of economic indicators to demonstrate how the effect of the proposed methods of carrying out.

Topicality

To date, many studies on the nature of emissions from the rocks and on the basis of theoretical knowledge offers many ways to safe mining operations and, in particular measures to reduce emissions intensity of the rock.

Background outburst rocks to mine in our time stems from the fact that the mines, hazardous emissions rock, there are additional costs for activities prediction of outburst and location of emissions. Particularly acute this problem is for state-owned mines experiencing persistent financial problems. One such mine is mine to them. A.G. Stakhanov.

Alleged scientific novelty

In the mine them. AG Stakhanov taken, according to the project, one activity to combat the sudden outbursts - blasting operations in the shaky explosives mode, after the office of the forecast set blowout at this stage of production. This method of excavation is widespread in the mines of the Donbass. This is due to its simplicity and the fact that it is not necessary to conduct additional studies, calculations. But this method is very slow pace of developments. Suggested ways do tunneling by outburst sandstone more cost-reduce the costs of the excavation.

For the first time the mine to them. A.G. Stakhanov will be developed such methods and, in particular, are designed all the parameters necessary to carry out excavations on sandstones of the mine.ì

A summary of the master's work

There are two most layer of sandstone outburst - l1Sl2 and l2Sl3 in the mine field mine them. A.G. Stakhanov . In the last decade in the management of tunnel works through these layers of rock emissions are not reduced, but their intensity - reduced, that allows to relate them to the emission of low intensity. Consider one of them, occurred at 28/07/2004 sandstone l2Sl3, level minus 986 m, the block number 3 in the ventilation crosscut seams l1-l3 intensity of 76.6m, in the absence of geological disturbances.

b) – after outburst.

The essence of this method is that blasting operations are conducted in both faces at a time of slowing from the design section to decrease. The ratio of cross sections of advanced face carried out by developing and lagging face of the advance should be such as beaten off blasting rock of fully overlapped section ahead face.

Thus, at the expense of what is outpacing culling reduced cross section, it is possible to initiate the outburst prior to the development of the project section, firstly, a lower intensity, because rock collapsed in the explosion face a greater cross-section, creates an artificial barrier, which takes on some of the pressure blowout and, due to looseness of rock, make it.

Secondly, over time, the pressure on the walls of the cavity formed from the blowout will be reduced to a complete alignment with the pressure generation. Consequently, the decreases the probability of blowout by adjusting the size of the project to develop. From a technological point of view, this method more advantageous than blasting operations in the mode explosives without advancing the face, because after the blowout of fewer species in the face, requires less time for loading the rock and thus increases the speed of production.

The disadvantage of this method is that it is applicable only if the predicted outburst of low intensity.

If the results of coring projected emissions of medium or high intensity, it is suggested that a different method: an elaboration of the reduced section. If the forecast indicates that the sandstone is not outburst it is necessary to apply method of BSB for gas mines.

The inventive method consists in the fact that development is carried out cross-section, lower design by 0,7 - 0,8m from the walls to the center of section, the entire planned length. Thus, in the case of emission, its intensity will be smaller than if the development is carried out initially design section. Over time, the walls making unloaded, that the process of bringing before the planned section, excludes the possibility of blowout.

For such a mine, as to them. A.G. Stakhanov, constantly experiencing financing difficulties, it is advisable to use these methods because of their use, partially reduced costs of the excavation.

Ñonclusion

In terms of the tunnel work in 2011 on the mine them. A.G. Stakhanov planned excavation group crosscut bias seam l3, l2, and reveal layers of l1. It will cross the layers of sandstone outburst. Therefore, for this mine is recommended to apply for the optimization of blasting these ways of making: with advanced culling reduced cross section or reduced slaughtering the entire length and then bringing the section to the project.

We hope that the plot of sandstone will be a low degree of outburst that will not apply the methods of containment - reducing the emissions intensity.
