Introduction
Masters work devoted to the research of secondary sources of raw materials, namely waste industry. The main goal is the search for more efficient decisions for complex processing of slag dump, in order to achieve non-waste production and greater economic benefits. Successful results solution in this article are based on experimental data and pilot tests.
Relevance of the topic
Unfortunately, humanity is faced with limited land resources. In this regard, more and more gain relevance of search for additional sources of raw materials. These additional sources of raw materials can serve as waste industries.
Use and processing of secondary raw material sources is attractive not only in terms of obtaining useful components but also gives a significant positive environmental impact as well as new releases of land area, and a non-standard production management will remove the cost of storing waste from the column production costs.
Research goals and objectives, expected results
Nowadays processing and comprehensive utilization of secondary raw material sources is gaining momentum. Actively developed coal waste heaps and slime pit. The purpose of researches is to determine the dressability and improvement schemes for complex processing and use of metallurgical slag. The objectives of the work is a study of existing schemes to develop a more economically feasible alternative.
Existing decisions of this problem have some technological mainly aimed at obtaining granulated slag for road construction.
Development of alternative schemes
The developed scheme metallurgical slag processing, which allows to achieve the extraction degree of 90-95 %.
Study of the original sample is to carry out experiments on crushability and classified material. Research has confirmed the conclusion that the material is very brittle and has high durability. Based on the findings accepted that we need to use jaw crushers. For particulate material necessary to apply the method of aeroklassifikation.
The effectiveness of this method allows to refuse from wet classifications that simplifies the circuitry lack of water and sludge. Full disclosure of sample and holding size analysis allowed us to study the components of the slag and to be fully aware the presence of metallic inclusions in it.
Average of iron content on the experiment was 76.9 and concentrate output was 19.9 %.
This scheme is capable of providing output magnetic fractions 15-22 %, depending on the initial quality of the raw.
Products 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 ---- ferrous concentration with iron content of 60-80 %, depending on the initial quality of the raw.
The price of such concentrates approximately $ 110 per ton.
Product 8 is part of the clinker, which is planned to supply cement plants and costs $ 50 per ton.
Drawback of this scheme is to increase the capital cost of construction of the facility is about twice.
As well as increased costs for the operation of this installation increases doubled.
Conclusion
So we can conclude that the increase in capital expenditures in two allowed us to increase revenue by 7,5. As a result, it can be concluded that the scheme is designed more appropriate, as it is a complex, namely non-waste, as well as a more cost effective compared with conventional schemes.
