1. Theme urgency
Process coal mining occurs in the presence of a number of adverse factors: high temperature of the mine atmosphere, dust, etc.
High temperature at the bottom of the mine occurs because heat from the mountain range transported coal and working mechanisms. Mining operations at great depths is associated with increased heat from rocks in underground workings.
2. Research goals and objectives
Goals and objectives of my master’s work is to establish deficiencies in implementation of safety standards, the development of measures to normalize the thermal conditions in mine, the analysis of thermal conditions in the underground workings of the mine behalf of Skochinskiy.
3. Brief information about the mine
Mine behalf of Skochinskiy commissioned in 1975 with a design capacity of 1.8 million tons. In the mine field, opening seven vertical shafts 944–1293 m depth, developed a single unprotected particularly prone to sudden outbursts of coal and gas reservoir h16 Smolyaninovsky

4. Investigation of the thermal regime mine behalf of Skochinskiy

In workings where the temperature exceeds the allowable values safety rules, according to data provided by the mine, working 827 miners [4].
5. Measures to normalize the thermal conditions in lava
According to the results of thermal calculations is recommended to use artificial cooling air through the use of complex mine refrigeration equipment with water cooling chiller MHRV-1 or with the help of mobile refrigeration, air-conditioned KPSH 300.
Refrigerating machine MHRV-1
Watercooled chillers MHRV-1 (Fig. 1) 1000 kW cooling capacity is designed to provide an ice water
mine air conditioning systems in deep mines, hazardous gas, dust and sudden outbursts.
Machine may have application in other industries where there is a need for a water ice
as the source of cold.
Mobile air conditioning KPSH 300
Mobile Air Conditioning KPSH 300 (Fig. 2) creates favorable conditions for miners working in deep mine workings, hazardous gas and dust.
Conditioner can be used in other industries and technological systems, comfortable air conditioning.
Mobile Air Conditioning KPSH 300 explosion-proof electrical and can be used in coal mines hazardous gas, dust and sudden outbursts.
Air comes in the form of two blocks: the condensing unit and air handling, Chladone systems are connected on-site air conditioning flexible hoses.
Put together blocks on frames and capable of being installed on the frame trolleys type VG
for the 900 mm gauge to move them during the operation. KPSH 300 automated air conditioning and has all kinds of necessary protections.
Conclusions and suggestions
Improving temperature conditions mines by mining and technical measures to reduce the temperature does not allow air to permissible limits.
Improving temperature conditions in all planned to further working out mining is only possible when artificial cooling air using refrigeration, air-conditioned KPSH 300.
To reduce the temperature of fresh air is necessary to create a compact high-performance models of air conditioners for the normalization of microclimate deep mines.
