Introduction

The mechanism for ensuring financial and economic security is becoming increasingly important due to the very dynamic, contradictory trends and events in the modern world. Problems of ensuring economic security are global for our region. The global financial crisis makes us think about the formation of a new concept of financial and economic security, which guarantees independence, stability, improved quality of life for people, the development of science and technology.

1. Theme urgency

In modern conditions, the problem of financial and economic security of an enterprise is relevant, since enterprises operate under conditions of economic blockade, military operations and instability of the regulatory framework. All this leads to the emergence of new threats and an increase in risks in the economic environment. This circumstance requires from the subjects of enterprise management to build an integrated system aimed at assessing and increasing the level of financial and economic security.

2. The purpose and objectives of the study, the planned results

Goal – conduct theoretical and practical studies of the mechanism for ensuring the financial and economic security of an enterprise in conditions of instability and develop measures for its improvement.

To achieve this goal it is necessary to solve the following tasks:

1) define the concept of the mechanism of financial and economic security of an enterprise.

2) to consider the theoretical aspects of improving the mechanism of ensuring the financial and economic security of an enterprise in conditions of instability.

3) to conduct a study of scientific papers and journalistic articles on this topic.

4) to assess the financial condition and level of financial and economic security of the enterprise in the dynamics.

5) to develop measures to improve the mechanism of ensuring the financial and economic security of enterprises on the basis of which the financial condition and the level of financial and economic security were assessed.

The object of the research is the mechanism of ensuring the financial and economic security of an enterprise in conditions of instability.

Subject – theoretical and practical aspects of the mechanism of financial and economic security of an enterprise in conditions of instability.

The scientific results of the research are to determine the essence of the financial and economic security of an enterprise in conditions of instability, study the mechanism of its implementation, as well as identify this mechanism in the economy and develop measures for its improvement.

The results obtained in the course of the research can be applied in the process of activity of enterprises operating in market conditions.

Conclusion

The main task of the mechanism of financial and economic security is to maintain a constant financial balance between incoming and outgoing payments of the company, in other words, maintaining its liquidity.

The complexity of the security task is whether managers can defend independence in decision making and ensure the conditions for the normal operation of an enterprise by minimizing various destabilizing factors and unlawful claims.

In accordance with the content of the mechanism of financial and economic security, it can be argued that its provision in modern conditions is aimed at achieving such priority goals as: preserving and improving the financial, budgetary, tax, monetary and banking systems; based on them – the entire economy, maintaining independence and preventing the seizure of the economic sphere by foreign capital.
