My full name is Yuriy E. Markovsky. I was born in Donetsk on April 12, 1980.

For the period of 1986 - 1993 I studied at the school #46. I was one of the top pupils not only in my class but in the whole school. Almost every year, beginning from 1989, I took part in the different contests. I took the 3rd place in the Contest on English in 1991 and the 2nd place in the Contest on Math in 1992. There's nothing strange, because these subjects have been my favourite ones and they are still my favourite subjects. For this period of time I also was interested in drawing, modelling and piano (I finished 8-years school of piano playing).

In 1993 I entered the Donetsk Technical College (DTC). During my studying in the DTC I took the 2nd place in the Donetsk Regional Contest on English among the specialized schools. I also participated in students amateur activity. Thanks to highly-qualified teachers, I acquired an excellent knowledge of tecnical subjects and humanities.

In the same year I entered the Donetsk State Technical Univercity (DSTU). I have passed the rating tests on the faculty of Computer Informational Technologies and Automatics on the chair of Industrial Electronics.

The main thing in my choice of Univercity was that the DSTU had the great reputation among Donetsk establishments of higher learning and during nearly 80 years trained highly-qualified specialists in the different branches of science. Also the DSTU is the only Donetsk Univercity which is well-known in the countries of the former USSR due to its KVN team.

These facts made it possible to make my conclusion about the DSTU as the best Donetsk univercity.
