I was born on April 12 1981 in city Donetsk. From the birth my remarkable parents Shumeyko Leonid Gavrilovich and Shumeyko Tatjana Grigorievna gave all best, that only could. The childhood has passed quietly and carefree.

The dream has appeared to end school with distinction. At school the time flied quickly, varied of the teacher, which it is possible to recollect only good. The special trace was left unforgettable trace in heart by the class chief - Vasileva Ljydmila Mihajilovna - human of boundless kindness, understanding, love to environmental and present professional. Accepted active participation in school and out school measures, olympiads, competitions. From childhood I take a great interest in football, long time attended football section.

In the seventh class the parents have bought arithmetic-logic device "Robik" and, as is spoken, was incurred. From this moment the enthusiasm for computer technologies does not leave me. In the senior classes the new dream has appeared to arrive in high school and huge dream to learn all environmental, to improve itself. Of its choice and choice of a speciality did not doubt after reception of the information about high schools in and conversations with a uncle - Kalashnikov Aleksandr Grigorevich, which has finished in DPI a speciality ASU.

Having ended in 1998 school with a gold medal and having arrived in DonNTU on a speciality ASU, for pleasure close, realized two large dreams. On it my dreams were finished, has died away interest and, probably therefore first semester was filled up. But having felt in a role catching up and having recollected treasured dream of desire knowledge environmental, desire of self-perfection during the subsequent semester tried to make up missed, to make not made. For this time has mastered the programming languages: Pascal, C, C ++, Object Pascal, Assembler, has studied the basic receptions, methods of work with databases Access, Excel, FoxPro, investigated and used other applied and system software. On set of subjects plenty programs was written. Also during training has acted on military faculty at university, where under direction of the lieutenant colonel Paslen V.V. has found out a lot of new and useful.

So has developed, that during training subjects of works and chiefs some times varied. After reception of the bachelor's degree has solved finally to formulate a direction of the researches. Also has decided to arrive in magistration. In a new semester during two months it was possible to communicate with professor Slepcov À.I. It also has affected the further researches. A subject of teaching professor was the American model CMM. Initially CMM developed as a technique of an estimation by military department of USA software suppliers, but at the present moment became the standard of an estimation anyone company - developer.

The model CMM is a skeleton, which describes elements of effective process of creation software, labour control, development, integration of products, processes of development, and also other disciplines. As to software, CMM covers planning, designing both management of development and support software. In master's work is considered integration model - CMMI. The model CMM is developed by University Karnegi/Mellon Software Engineering Institute (SEI) (SEI) in 1991. The model CMM was developed on the basis of long-term experience many companies, organizations all over the world. The model constantly changes, is corrected and is supplemented. The interested people can offer the ideas, wish, which can be brought in to model.

Now increasing number of the people in our country and in the countries of near foreign countries are interested in model CMM. Therefore researches in this area I consider expedient. The similar development could help the fast and perfect development of elements, considered by model. I hope "to squeeze out" a maximum from the given theme and to continue researches in this area and after ending high school. It would be desirable to create the technique of perfection business with reference to our country. In general in childhood dreamed to be the famous scientist. So I shall try to continue the scientific activity professionally. All in our hands (and is especial in heads). I dream to travel and as soon as possible to take possession of foreign language (I hope not by one).
