Lot of food industry enterprises as a fuel for technological vapour use natural gas and black oil. Nowadays cost of oil and gas is raser high. To get technological vapour, with use of these kinds of fuel, becomes expensive and economically unprofitable business

 

At the same time pod of sunflower is taken out. It is corrupted there or burned.

Recently, ecological inspections have made more rigorous measures of pod s export in heaps.

 

In this situation there was a question on using of pod as fuel in a burners of vapours boilers, in order to recept technological pair. This idea considers direct burning of pod of sunflower in the reconstructed boiler.

 

In a basis of reconstruction the method of burning of pod in low temperature curl is fixed with the view of experience of Îðãïèùåïðîìà.

 

The stationary vapour boiler such as Å with vapour capacity 12 t/h is usedd for output of overheat vapourr with temperature 250 and pressure 1,3 (13) ÌÏà (êãñ/ñì2), that used for technological needs of the industrial enterprises in systems of heating, ventilation and hot water supply.

 

The boilers can be installed in heating, heating-industrial and industrial boiler-houses.

 

The basic characteristics and nominal parameters of the boiler are given in tab. 1.
