ABSTRACT MASTER'S WORKS

Development of the metallurgy being a key economic branch of an industrial complex of Ukraine is inextricably related with expansion of an assortment and improvement of quality of metal products. Necessity of the decision of the specified problems testifies to expediency of carrying out of the broad audience of the further researches directed on perfection working and creation of new highly effective technologies.

Urgency of a theme. In connection with expansion of an assortment of the seamless pipes received in basic from round êàòàíîé of the preparation, there is a necessity for creation of recommendations concerning calibration âàëêîâ rolling mills made the given kind of production.Methods of calibration known now are based on empirical dependences that is suitable for calculation only separate calibers, and does not reflect the valid conditions rolling. The decision of the given problem is connected to carrying out of researches, the mathematical description and computer modeling of processes roiling of trumpet preparation. Therefore the theme master’s works on creation of a technique of calibration roll for roiling of trumpet preparation is actual.

The purpose and research problems. The purpose master’s works is improvement of quality and reduction in a spoilage by manufacture of trumpet preparation on the basis of development and application of a technique of calibration rolling roll. In work the following problems are put:

• To develop mathematical model of process rolling of the trumpet preparation, allowing to predict stability of a strip at the moment of capture;

• To develop a technique of designing of calibration roll for rolling of trumpet preparation.

Scientific novelty. For the first time for process rolling of trumpet preparation the special criterion of stability based on comparison of the static moments of real and possible initial contact of a strip is developed, allowing quantitatively to determine stability of a strip at the moment of capture. The technique of designing of calibration roll for rolling of trumpet preparation is developed.

Practical value of the received results. On the basis of the received mathematical models the special computer programs are made, allowing to determine an optimum configuration of calibers, from the point of view of stability of a strip, to project the mode the rolling providing the set structure with the geometrical sizes within the limits of permissible deviations, the maximal productivity ñòàíà due to the minimal number of passes and calibers, and rational their distribution on cage.
