Some features of destruction of chromic coverage on a copper

Makrostruktura of chromic coverage on copper kristallizatorah of machines of the continuous casting of purveyances after exploitation is explored. It is shown, that destruction of coverage takes place on different machineries.
In overhead part of kristallizatora higher than level of meniscus of visible violations coverage was not looked after. Below a wear in the corners of shell begins than level of meniscus, the degree of wear is different, that it is related to the uneven heating deformation of shell. The deep risks penetindexle through coverage in the copper basis of shell are visible, caused by friction of hardening crust of metal at the surface of shell. Short cracks walk away from them. As far as advancement of purveyance on kristallizatoru the wear of coverage increases.
There are the areas of erosion of chromic coverage, in which destruction goes to the copper basis. It is possible to link to the uneven heating and izgibnoy deformation of walls of izlognits with subsequent rastreskivaniem and removing of coverage a layer by a layer.
