The Modern market of communication is at such stage, when operators
have a favorable opportunity to bypass all difficulties of convergence inherent
to networks of the last years and to proceed directly to networks of the following generation on base
technologies which has received working name NGN - « New
Generation Network ». For
that to make this break and to join number hi-tech
operators, new decisions are necessary in the field of creation and granting
high-efficiency services. NGN - the technology of construction of a network - is intended
for granting services of data transmission and voice services. It removes
a lot of restrictions and the barriers existing now, and consists in it of it
economic efficiency. scalabilities networks. therefore application of program switchboards from the point of view
constructions of a network is the technological investment into the future, as CONSTRUCTION DEPARTMENT - 7
supports today work in Telecommunication network , and only îñòðîâêè
new batch networks are signalled with application of IP-report.s As it was marked above, a nucleus
networks of new generation the program switchboard - a brain of a network, which is
accumulates all intelligence of a network, and other elements located on
levels of access, sluices, transport, are deprived intelligence and completely
