The Modern market of communication is at such stage, when operators have a favorable opportunity to bypass all difficulties of convergence inherent to networks of the last years and to proceed directly to networks of the following generation on base technologies which has received working name NGN - « New Generation Network ». For that to make this break and to join number hi-tech operators, new decisions are necessary in the field of creation and granting high-efficiency services. NGN - the technology of construction of a network - is intended for granting services of data transmission and voice services. It removes a lot of restrictions and the barriers existing now, and consists in it of it economic efficiency.

Conclusions:

    In a basis of a choice of technology and the concept perspective development, modernization or development of a network of the enterprise of communication there should be economic motives. In multiservice networks these motives are expressed in granting new services and decrease in expenses on their formation due to a unique opportunity of construction technological infrastructures with the distributed switching and the flexible unified structure managements.

    the Concept multiservice networks it is rather complex and there are no standards on its use. Therefore designing of similar systems represents high « technological art » the system integrator.

    Technology NGN can be realized only with the help of mechanisms of batch transfer and technologies program switching which are basic elements multiservice networks.

    Use of the equipment « SoftSwitch » gives real opportunities automation of process of import of the data on the submitted services in existing at the enterprises the automated systems of complex calculations (ASCC).
