Abstract of thesis
of master's work:

"Establishment of rational parametres of hydropulsing device that ensures effectiveness increase of useful minerals extraction"

1. Abstract. Ground of actuality of theme.

The problem of destruction of coal array has always been one of major problems of mining production. Technical possibilities of coal breaking determine possibilities of all mining production and further possibility of all industry that uses results of work of coalmining enterprises.

Conducted lately in Ukraine, Russia and other countries the scientific researches directed on research of new methods and facilities of breaking of coals, show that increase of productivity of entry-driving machines without the increase of their sizes and mass, expansion of their application for more sorts of coals can be attained on the basis of hydromechanical method of destruction that consists in combined influence on the coal array of high-speed streams of water and mechanical instrument.

At the Yasynovataya machine-building plant to the order of mine named after Lenin (Kuzbass) the hydromechanical entry-driving machine KSP-22MG was made, in which the system of hydraulic outwash is used for transporting of the removed coal. To supply water with an expense of 300ě3/h only for the hydraulic conveying is uneconomical, therefore for the increase of efficiency of excavation of useful minerals it is expedient to transform the supply stream of liquid in the impulsive stream of high pressure by means of step hydroimpulsator. Using a similar device will allow to increase the rates of carrying out the underground workings at high durability of coals, to decrease the wear of operation unite and improve the terms of spark proof, and, in addition, to reduce dusty air in the face.

2. Purpose and tasks of work.

The purpose of work is establishment of rational parameters and structural execution of step hydroimpulsator providing the increase of efficiency of excavation of useful minerals by the entry-driving machine KSP-22MG, and also performing the functions of the system of hydraulic outwash, instead of which this device is offered.

3. Scientific novelty.

1. Expedience of using of step hydroimpulsator for the entry-driving machine KSP-22MG with the purpose of its increase productivity is grounded in the work for the first time.

2. The method of establishment of optimum parameters of step hydroimpulsator has got further development.

4. Practical value.

Application of step hydroimpulsator for the entry-driving machine KSP-22MG will allow more rationally to use the supply stream of liquid, will provide the increase of efficiency of coulisse of useful minerals, decrease of wear of operation unit, improvement of terms of spark proof and dust suppression.

5. List of unsolved problems and questions.

To the important and perspective questions for research it is necessary to deliver development of optimum construction of shock pipelines of the first and second stages of hydroimpulsator for placing it on the entry-driving machine, and also study the possibility of direction change of impulsive stream action regardless of turn of the entry-driving machine telescope in space with the purpose of realization of more complete working of face.

6. Current and planned developments on a theme.

Presently at the Donetsk national technical university at a department of «Energomechanical systems» researches to create an optimum construction of hydroimpulsive device which also finds application in mining and other branches of industry are carried out - it is a generator of impulsive streams. This device possesses much more low power-consumption as compared to hydroimpulsator, however differs by complication of intercommunication of processes that flow in it.

In Russia presently are also carried out developments of hydromechanical operation units with the transformer of pressure of multiplication type built-in in a cutting crown and autonomous source of water of high pressure (by the transformer of pressure with a drive pump block or pump of high pressure), placed on the frame of entry-driving machine or in underground working.

7. Conclusions.

The hydromechanical mining, being efficient, the best results are achieved by the use of devices of hydroimpulsive technique for this method. In the work is grounded expedience of step hydroimpulsator use for the entry-driving machine KSP-22MG and development of the method of optimum parameters establishment of this hydroimpulsive device with the purpose of providing effective excavation of coal of the set durability.
