AUTHOR'S ABSTRACT ON A THEME:

Research and system engineering of automatic control of hydrotechnological processes parameters".

Hydrotechnological process includes:

  1. technological hydrosupply of mining sites of hydromines;
  2. water supply of mine settlement;
  3. mine water-outflow.

The common features of these processes are:

The specified processes are characterized with striking enequality of water consumption within a day. It causes control necessity. The existing ways being practice are not economic.

For modern economy the high prices of power supplies and natural resources are its characteristic. The situation is a real problem and therefor demands the solution. The purpose of work is research and engineering a system of parameters automatic control of hydrotechnological processes. The given system should carry out a functions such as:

Prospective practical value of the system consists supplying consumers with water in the set quantity of demanded quality (on pressure) with the minimal power inputs. It will allow to solve in a complex a problem of energy saving.

Regulation by a latch at simplicity and cheapness of the device is rather uneconomical. For reception of smaller productivity a latch cover, but the pressure developed by the pump increases.

The latch is local hydraulic resistance. The energy consumed by the engine of the pump, will dissipate on this resistance. It brings to the ineffective consumption of the electric power.

At reduction of submission by means of a latch the increase in the specific consumption of the electric power per cubic metre of pumped water is observed. Solution of this situation is application of the adjustable electric drive. Regulation is carried out by changing the frequency of rotation of the electric motor.

For change of submission in a wide range, it is necessary to change frequency of rotation of the engine in a small range. Thus there are no problems with a superfluous pressure. As a whole such regulation is economic. It considerably increases an overall performance of pump station.
