1 THE GENERAL DATA ON THE THEME

    The role of automation of mine conveyor transport consists in decrease in labour input of service, liberation of the workers borrowed on underground transport, and also in increase of safety and decrease in a traumatism. The last is reached by introduction of necessary protection and blocking, expansion of information opportunities of the equipment of automation. Besides to means of automation should promote decrease power consumption and material capacity, reduction of idle times through failure of an electric equipment, the control of technological parameters which can lead to creation of a fireproof situation in mine.

    The analysis of fires in mines on tape conveyors shows that fire conveyor tapes probably from two groups of sources of an arson [1]: external sources which are formed at fire of mine wooden fastening, coal or other combustible subjects when in a zone of burning there is a conveyor and sources of conveyors which are formed at work of the last, basically from friction of a tape on drums of conveyors, faulty carrying rollers, etc.

    All these problems can be solved only in case of use of essentially new means and decisions in schemes of the equipment of automation - microprocessors, the mathematical software. Abroad, where practically all means and systems of automation for mines are created on the basis of microcontrollers, labour productivity of underground workers has grown on 20 %, and loading on a lava on 40 %. It speaks that flexibility of microprocessor systems provides cardinal expansion of functionalities of the device, especially regarding the information that serves increase of a level of the organization of manufacture, uninterrupted operation of work of machines, increase of safety.

    For last years the lead number the robot on improvement of serial products, their translation into new element base and increase of efficiency of use. To such serial products concern: complex ŔMC.2S [2], device KS.1M, gauge DM-3, switches VKA, device UKTL. But not looking at introductions of the newest development on mines cases of fires on the tape conveyors, especially connected with fire conveyors tapes through proslipping in places of communication with driving a drum are constantly registered. Therefore actual there is a task of the operative control of temperature driving drums of tape conveyors of mine. Thus it is necessary to create such device which would be the concentrator of the information on a thermal operating mode of tape conveyors as places of the most dangerous after occurrence of the center of a fire. In connection with development of technologies of creation of contactless gauges of temperature, the modern industry has at the order an opportunity to create such device.

    Hence, the purpose of the given work is maintenance of effective work of mine main (stationary) conveyor lines due to the control of temperature driving drums and a tension of a conveyor tape.

    Let's consider decisions of automation of work existing at present and protection against emergencies of mine tape conveyors. The nomenclature of similar means of automation is presented widely enough:

  • Complexes of automated management by conveyor lines of type AMC.1S and AMC.2S;

  • The device of the control slippage and speeds of tape DCSS;

  • The device of the control of speed DCS;

  • The device of the control of a condition safety trip cable bases of conveyor tapes DCSC;

  • The device of the control and information DCI;

  • The device of the signal system and telecommunication US, etc.

2 THE SURVEY INFORMATION

    Let's result below the brief characteristic of the given devices.

    The complex of automated management is intended by conveyors AMC-1S for management and the control of work stationary and semiportable not branched out conveyor lines which consist of the tape and scraper conveyors maintained in collieries, including dangerous on gas and a dust, at number of conveyors in a line up to ten. The complex can be applied also to management of the branched out conveyor lines with number of branches up to three, and each of branches is guided as the independent not branched out conveyor line. The complex carries out 53 functions providing consecutive automatic start-up of conveyors and a stop of a conveyor line from any point on its length, and also at overtai tapes; the control of speed of movement of a tape and start of a conveyor line over time; blocking and the signal system about work of a conveyor line. The given equipment is widely applied on mines, carries out all the requirements offered to local means of automation of conveyor lines, and has proved as the reliable equipment. [5]. CONCLUSIONS

    As a result of the given work the brief characteristic of occurrence of fires on conveyor lines, conveyor transport as object of automation has been considered. The analysis of equipments of automation of conveyor lines and equipments of thermal protection of tape conveyors is lead.

    The review of existing decisions under the decision of the given question in which basis the constant remote control of temperature driving a drum of the conveyor as places of the most dangerous from the point of view of a fire and regulation of effort of a tension of a tape by tension station for prevention of the given danger lays is made.

    In the further the given system is necessary for developing on the basis of the programmed microcontroller as it is flexible enough and there is an opportunity to add to it new functions and to connect different gauges. This device of automation will work in a complex with the base equipment of automation AMC.1S
