Abstract
of the master's work
on subject:

«Valuation of fire safety on mobile transformer substations 110/35/6 kV supply gas fields with electrical power»

     Issue of Master work. Statistic data analysis of failures over a period from 1985 till 2005 at of mobile transformer substations 110/35/6 kV operating in the North of Tumensk region shows that in the most cases failures on them are because of sudden short circuit over buses 6 or 35 kV or circuit-breaker input failure because of the through current passing at not sensitive maximum current relay protection to accidental short circuits on 6-35 kV buses.
     There is a problem of actual testing period definition for protection device cutoff system to achieve minimal value of probability at time-space coincidence of three events (SC on buses 6-35 kV, 6-35 kV circuit-breaker input failure and operating circuit-breaker failure) according to following dependence:

     The object of the work is to define actual testing period of protection device cutoff system at transformer substations to provide fire safety.
     For this purpose it is necessary to solve following problems:
  •       Obtaining of probability dependencies between transformer substation 110/35/6 kV failure occurrence from SC appearance frequency per year, reliability of circuit-breaker cutoff systems and diagnostics terms;

  •       definition of average time period of earliest failure at transformer substation and dispersion of failure time period.

  •      Scientific novelty consists in temporal mathematical model development of transformer substation 110/35/6 kV failure. Worked out mathematical model excels preceding model by presence of linear differential equation system for exact definition of distribution function value.

         The practical value of the work lies in design procedure development that permits to define actual testing period of circuit-breaker cutoff system in a view of fire safety.

         The first chapter of the work is devoted to load center fire safety Regulations review and research arrangement.
         The second chapter is given up to mathematical model development to describe transformer substation failure procedure at SC appearance over the 6-35 kV bar-buses.

    The third chapter is aimed to estimation of fire safety at transformer substation and guidelines elaboration to provide fire safety according to national standard ÃÎÑÒ 12.1.004.91.
