BAND CONVEYORS

Belt conveyors are intended for underground and surface-mounted transportation of solid rock in Extractive Industry; for transportation of mineral heads, coke, coal and fluxes in Metallurgy; for fuel feeding at power plant, for transportation of grain and farinaceous products in reservoirs and elevators, for mechanization of the earth-moving and construction works, for inter-op transportation of products in instrument making undustry, radio engineering, light and food industry.

Belt conveyor consists of the framework 1 with upper (2) and lower (3) supporting roller carriages are installed on which the conveyor belt (6) is moving. Deflector rollers (4, 5) prevent the conveyor belt misalignment.

Driving drum (8) with drive (9) transmits movement to the belt. Tension of a belt is exercised by the drum (10) installed in the tensioning device (11). Belt loading is carried out through one or several hoppers (12) over conveyor, while the unloading is carried out on the return drum in an outlet hopper or in the intermediate points of a conveyor by the diagonal plough. Outside belt surface is cleaned from adhered particles by cleaning device (scraper), installed near front drum.

At that time produces modern stationary belt conveyors of wide application with belt width from 400 to 2000 mm, as well as movable belt conveyors with belt width 400 – 800 mm long 20 m, intended for handling works.

In 2006 the production of underground and main-line conveyors was organized.

Our conveyors operate under light, middle and hard conditions and are utmostly adopted to customer requirements.

Diameter and design of conveyor rollers conform to conveyor function.

Conveyors intended to operate under hard, dusty and moist conditions are provided with special rollers with 3-way dustproof labyrinth seal and hard fixing of hobs to the rim. Reinforced bearings are installed in such conditions and thickness of pipe wall is enhanced according to customer requirements.

Belt conveyors may be provided with one or two-side diagonal ploughs, loading hoppers, belt cleaning scrapers and also by belt speed controllers. Conveyor belt is included to package according to customer requirements.
