Abstract.

Subject: Determination of the sphere of rational use of the individual technology of purification.

Coal mining is a very important industry in Ukrainian economy. There are no big deposits of gas and coal in Ukraine. Thus, coal is the main raw material for power supply industry. The strategy of the development of every mine is the reduction of the cost price of coal and the increase of the profitability of mine. All the factors influencing economic indices of a mine should be taken into account.

Actuality of the work.

Nowadays one can observe a sudden deterioration of mining and geological conditions, which occurs due to the deepening of mining and causes the deteriorations of the mine indices because of the intensive mine pressure in the workings. The deteriorations of mining and geological conditions causes not only the increase of loading on a coal face, which is often equipped with a mechanical system, but also a little decrease. Thus, the aim of the work is to substantiate the conditions under which the use of individual supports may turn out to be more advantageous than the use of mechanical systems.
The efficiency of the use of individual and mechanical technologies is evaluated on the basis of the cost parameters of purifications. The cost parameters of purifications, which are used now, are out-of-date as they were worked out many yeas ago and they are based on the out-of-date prices for the equipment, now materials, electricity, tariffs, etc.
The substantiation of the cost parameters for the modern economic conditions is necessary for the most accurate evaluation of the efficiency of the use of individual and mechanical supports in a coal face.
The given graphs show the costs in the lava depend on the type of the supports used in the coal face. After re-computation of the cost parameters of purifications, we will analyze and substantiate the sphere of effective use of individual technology of purification.

The aim of the work.

The aim of the work is to analyze the influence of natural and industrial factors on the costs for purifications in the lava of the sloping beds with individual and mechanical supports.
The costs for coal mining in the coal face are determined taking into account the wages of miners and salaries of engineering staff, raw materials amortizations of equipment, electricity. The main methods of determinations of the labor consumption in the coal face are analyzed in the work.
The method of the determinations of the costs in the lava is given in the work.
In the explanatory note to the work we give technological schemes of the central part of lava and end parts when using individual and mechanical technologies of the supports.
