Abstract

In the process of the boring drilling and testing of mining holes there are violations of technological process, called complications. In projects of building of drillholes the possibilities and terms of appearance of complications are foreseen, the measures on their prevention and liquidation are developed. But sometimes these computations don’t base on the exact information about the mountain-geological conditions of the boring drilling.

This is the reason of appearance of situations, when the basic technological parameters become incompatible with the conditions of the boring drilling.

Definite part of complications turns to accident. Accident is a violation of continuity of technological process of building of mining hole, requiring for its liquidation of conducting of the special works.

Study of accidents, methods of their warning and liquidation is the actual problem.

Accidents appear in the difficult conditions. If the complication is not liquidated, it can be the reason of accident.

One of the most widespread, varied, difficult and labour intensive types of accident in the boring drilling is a sticking of bore shell. They occupy 60-80 % emergency time.

The sticking of bore shell is violation of process, which is characterized by the loss of mobility of column. It can not be liquidated by application of the possible loading.

The percussive mechanisms for sticking elimination (PMSE) are intended for liberation of the grabbed boring columns by upwards and downward blows.

The structural features and universal character of the percussive mechanisms which are reliable on the elimination of a number of sticking types show the perspectives of the given class of machines.

A task of my master's degree work is achievement of inflicting blows in two directions.

Composition of the shell for liquidation sticking bore projectile

The shell for liquidation sticking bore projectile consists of case 1 with drain perforations 2, anvil 3 and pod 4, rod 5 with smart-head 6, bush 7 with notches 8 and 9. There are catchers 10 which set in radial perforations of the bush. There is piston 11 under partition. Spring 12, placed under piston 11, leans on the pod 4. A hollow rod 14 with notches in the overhead part installed in an axially channel 13 of the piston 11. There is a compression 15 between piston 11 and hollow rod. A saddle 16 is executed in the piston 11. An constipation valve 19 takes place in the saddle 16.

Application technology.

The mechanism can be used in two ways:

- after the accident;

- as a part of drilling string while redrilling the sticky zones.
