1. Motivation

1.1. The relevance of work

Today the main factor creating long-term competitive advantage and growth of investment attractiveness of the company becoming the best strategy for managing the business. Good governance - is a resource, such as money or goods. It is this resource helps dynamically respond to the constantly changing market situation, all parties to monitor the activities of the company, quickly identify "bottlenecks" and focus exactly where they are most needed at this time. Actual this work as a merger of ERP - systems with multi-enterprise corporate network, which in turn includes such services as: data transmission, telephone, video telephony, Internet, fax. Such a system would ensure effective management of production, personnel management, and resources; unite ourselves in all services in the enterprise. In this work, my studies will be at “STIL” Ukraine.

1.2. The practical value of the work

The practical value of this work is to develop a network that will allow to optimize the diversity of internal and external business processes, connect them together, would reduce operating, managerial and commercial costs, reduce cycle implementation, increase inventory turnover, improved disposal of fixed assets, etc. Global integration of all information flows within the framework of a unified system ensures optimum use of information, directly affecting the efficiency of management decisions and quick reaction to market changes.

2. Corporate Network

Corporate network is multiservice data transmission network, operating under a unified administration intended to meet the needs of their own production companies and organizations. A typical corporate network has the following characteristics:
• Many LAN segments with a backbone (for example, one segment on each floor or wing of several buildings).
• More than one network protocol
• Areas configured with Open Shortest Path First (OSPF).
• Dial-up connections for users who connect from home or while traveling.
• Leased-line connections to branch offices.
• Demand-dial connections to branch offices.
• Internet connections.
The following illustration shows an example of a corporate network.

A corporate network typically uses different types of network media. The different office segments can use 10-megabit-per-second (Mbps) Ethernet or token ring networks, but the backbone network that is used to connect to the different networks and host servers is usually made up of 100-Mbps Ethernet or Fiber Distributed Data Interface (FDDI). Connections to external networks (the Internet) are over leased lines or packet-switched services such as Frame Relay. Connections to branch offices are over either switched media (ISDN or analog modems), dedicated media (leased lines or Frame Relay), or the Internet.

2.1. Network data transmission - Multi-network

At present, construction of multiservice networks with the integration of various services is one of the most prospective areas of corporate networks. The main task of multiservice networks is to ensure coexistence and interaction of different communication subsystems in a single transport medium for the transmission when normal traffic (data) and real-time traffic (voice and video) used a common infrastructure.
When creating a multiservice network is achieved:
• Reducing the cost of communication channels;
• Reducing the costs of administering and maintaining network efficiency, reducing the total cost of ownership;
• The possibility of a unified administrative and technical policy in the field of information exchange;
• Increase the competitiveness of the organization by introducing new operations in corporate services and applications and, consequently, improve staff productivity.

2.2. Example multiservice network based on Cisco Systems equipment

Multi data transmission network applications company ensures compliance with corporate goals and continuous operation of IT applications, provides corporate voice and video communications, funds for distance learning, video surveillance system supports an integrated security service, but also automates the processing of applications customers, partners and consumer services companies.

In two types of network nodes - central office and regional offices. All nodes join line with the help of dedicated channels provided by the service provider on a treaty on the level of service SLA. This centre, communications facilities, all companies, highway created on the basis of technology MPLS (Mnogoprotokolnoy switching on the basis of labels).

The network allows divide and isolate the various units of information flows company with technology MPLS VPN, thanks to a flexible security policy. To ensure the mobility of employees inside the office buildings and to simplify the user access to the corporate network with the movements between units, for negotiations, meetings, conferences, presentations and guest entrance to the Internet in each of the offices can access network resources through a wireless access point Cisco Aironet based on technology Wi-Fi.

3. ERP_system

Increasingly, corporations are recognizing the strategic role of the operations function. These organizations are discovering that a focus on customer needs is effective only if the operations function is designed and managed to meet those needs. From acquiring raw materials to fabricating parts, to assembling products, to customer delivery, a total systems perspective can enable us, in the ideal, to fashion an operations function like the inner workings of a finely tuned machine. Today that operation can be fine-tuned by using modern information systems. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP): The Dynamics of Operations Management is an enterprise-wide examination of implementing a modern information system in all business processes of a modern business enterprise. Enterprise Resource Planning software systems provide comprehensive management of financial, manufacturing, sales, distribution and human resources across the enterprise. The ability of ERP systems to support data `drill down' and to eliminate the need to reconcile across functions is designed to enable organizations to compete on the performances of the entire supply chain. To utilize these capabilities managers have to learn how to manage processes in the ERP environment. Until now, there has not been an effective presentation of the dynamics of operation systems illustrating how ERP systems are used. This book and the accompanying software will fill this need. Enterprise Resource Planning has been written with an emphasis on manufacturing firms, but the principles it demonstrates are transferable to other types of operation systems. With this in mind, service operations issues have been included as a part of the problems at the end of each chapter. The book and the accompanying software have been designed for use in academic and executive programs aimed at helping researchers, students, and professionals to understand how integrated operational systems work. In terms of the book's use as a course book, a course on planning and control systems would probably be the ideal place in business school settings. Some basic understanding of operating systems is needed by the reader. In an industrial engineering school, the book may give students their first, and perhaps only, introduction to business issues such as market demand and supplier relationships.

3.1. Requirements ERP-system

• providing user access to applications (basic requirement - the speed of response systems);
• processing and storing data (basic requirements - high performance and reliability);
• protection of data on levels of storage, access and transfer.
ERP_ applications designed to automate complex processor business, which are crucial high productivity and capacity. Suppliers ERP_ solutions create their applications for average users, not for specialists any activities business narrow the field. The requirements of users, applications, settings, system components and architecture, as well as the platform may vary in different companies, which can greatly affect performance ERP_ applications. Setting ERP_ applications for guaranteed work effectively in each unique environment is very important for the commercial success of the company, which introduced automation busines process. Precise / Interpoint allows you to manage productivity ERP_ system at the expense of preventive and automatic detection and tracking very demanding SQL_ teams. Precise / Interpoint allows separately manage resources Oracle Applications for each individual object ERP_ system that enables users to customize the system work of the individual applications Oracle Applications.

3.2. Setting SQL_ Teams

Most ERP_ applications were not allowed to modify their SQL_ generated by the team. Consequently, the only way to setting SQL_ teams remains setting objects with which employs data team.

Precise / Interpoint displays all relevant indices SQL_ team for analysis and the best choice. If no relevant indexes, Precise / Interpoint allows for the creation of the new index by displaying relevant columns table, and use their influence on the problem SQL_ team.

However, the decision of one problem productivity may lead to other problems with productivity. It is therefore very important simulate and check the influence of the changes at work ERP_ system before introducing them into a working version of ERP_ system. Precise / Interpoint allows imitate create, delete or change indexes in a safe environment to determine their impact on the work of the entire ERP_ system as a whole.
