Abstract

Introduction

Now there are many development on a theme of automation of manufacture. One of subsystems of the automated manufacture is the subsystem of modelling. It is complex enough system. It can be deing developed as long as an enterprise exists.The probability of an assumption of any mistake at a stage of planning of manufacture will be less if the modelling system works good enough.

The subsystem of modelling can include many parts. For models development dispatching process of manufacturing and assembly of products has been chosen within the framework of a complex problem of development of a subsystem of modelling of productions in mechanical engineering. The second part of this problem is modelling the equipment of machine-building manufacture. Master Bondarenko Dmitry is engaged in this part of work. This problem seems sufficiently actual. Also it is possible to judge an urgency of a theme by results of the search in the Internet, and also from rates of introduction of the automated systems at the machine-building enterprises.

Intended results of the master's work are models of processes of manufacturing and assembly of machine-building products to be constructed. Novelty of planned work is in an appliance of an object-oriented modelling which is one of methods of simulation for construction of models. Planned practical results - models of real dispatching processes on the basis of which drawing up of the schedule of passage of technological process is possible.

The purpose of work - development of models of dispatching processes and assembly of products in mechanical engineering. Studying of a subject domain, a substantiation of a choice of a scientific method of modelling, development of models is possible to attribute to problems on the basis of the investigated subject domain, calibration of models and carrying out of experiment, an estimation of results and definition of the further prospects of development of a theme.

Review

By results of the search, it is possible to draw some conclusions on a condition of development on a theme. Actually same theme was not developed basically or about it there are no data in the Internet and the investigated literature. The general condition of development on problems of automation in mechanical engineering is great enough and constantly grows. But the most part of these themes is devoted to automation of the processes, or to construction of models of any partial physical processes, thus mathematical modelling is used first of all.

In DonNTU the closest master's work is "Development of models and software for operative production management of products in mechanical engineering" by master Kondrahin A.V. However in his work construction of models of separate parts of the general process of manufacturing of a product is considered, thus the purpose was construction of models for operative management of process of manufacture, instead of for drawing up of schedules of passage of assembly units through all process of manufacture.

Among works of other educational institutions it is possible to allocate the Dialogue automated system of simulating of the Odessa national university I.I.Mechnikova. However this product is though also noncommercial, has no open code. There is no official instruction what method of simulation is used, however, most likely, systems of mass service are used.

Also the information on several commercial complexes which are intended for automated management and manufacture has been found. It include dispatching tasks on manufacturing of products, however for them the presence of the built - in corresponding models is not determined. These are complexes Best-PRO and system of operative - scheduling and the dispatching control "Zenith SPPS". But both these systems are not means of modelling but means of automation of the manufacture processes. Also there are many organizations, engaged in development of the software for mechanical engineering by order.
