URGENCY OF THE THEME

         The increase of level of the computer-aided manufacturing produces new system requirements instrumental providing. It is related to that reliability of work of instrument is rendered by direct influence on constancy of work of equipment, and the technical level of the instrumental adjusting influences on the productivity and flexibility of the system.


FUNCTIONS AND TASKS OF DIS

         Modern automated manufacture can be defined as computer-integrated, linking together all the processes needed to design and manufacture of a given nomenclature details.

         Because the technology rational - it is, above all, the rational use of the instrument, the organization of any technological system of production and the main determinant is the tool for

         Increased automation of the production makes new demands on the system of instrumental support. This is due to the fact that the reliability of the instrument has a direct impact on the continuity of the equipment and technical level of instrumental adjustment affects the productivity and flexibility of the system.

         In the process of preparing a flexible automated production and operation have to be a lot of support structures, which should ensure its smooth operation. All these structures form a network security tool, which is different from the farm tool manual production of the availability of automated management system, storage, movement of tools, their installation on the machines, repair and recycling. Modern automated manufacturing can not operate without a common automation of manual activities associated with delivery, installation and adjustment tool (DIS).


ORGANIZATION CHANGE THE INSTRUMENT IN FPS

         Effective work with CNC machines that are members of the FPS, is largely dependent upon the timely change of machine tool storages.
         When the machining, the use of ultrasound is being a perspective and a progressive direction in the modern technology. The output would work well to raise by means the intensification of machining condition (by reduction of cutting time) and would work well to improve the quality, precision and machines reliability. It is determined too, that the temperature, which is arising in the cutting area with the ultrasound, is reduced about twice. It results in the improvement of surface smoothness, and the absence of burn and microcracks as compared with the common grinding.

         Automated transport and storage of tools designed to perform the following functions:
         - Automatic transporting, and distribution tools to complexes machines;
         - Automatic loading and unloading tools from the machine storage tools you move to other parts processing and storing them in central storage;
         - Conclusion from the automated machine-tool complexes of instruments on to put right and sharpening;
         - Input in the automatic machine-tool complexes of new kits of tools.

         Characterized machine-tools CNC were special memories - Stores tools for placement of the cutting tool and engineering for the automatic transfer it to a given sequence of the machine spindle in the storage and back.
