My name na Sunday Chukwudi Enumah, and i be Delta State Pikin, the NigerDelta Area of Nigeria. My Mama born me for waffi inside family wey sabi engineering work, my papa na Richard Enumah and he be marine engineer. My mama name na Josephine Ezekwudo and she be business woman. i get many brothers and sisters wey we all dey run things and leave happily together for life.

Na so we see am, my family like God no be small, so i come like to serve God. when i small my mama tell me say make i no dey do bad things o and she go draw my ear every time and say make i repeat wetin she talk, because of this i come dey respect people and do good good things well well. she also dey tell me say, “charity begins at home” say if i bad today, na she dem go say spoil me. She also teach me how to pray every night before i sleep and wen i wake up for morning. later i come start atakara school. i realy enjoy am well because of all the package wey dey there like akara himself, agidi jollof and quli-quli.

Wen i dey grow, the thing sweet well well because i get 4 friends and we go play so many kind of play. we go play mopol, play football and also dance Jackson 5. we go immetaite them and because say na me be the smalli for the group, i go take michael jackson role. Also wetin i no fit forget na the evenings, wey be say our mama them go dey with us and them go to tell us lie lie story make we for get sense.

Also one thing wey, i no fit forget na the time wey be say i join boyscott with my friends. wey go visit different kind of places, including museum, i even remember wey we go Benin museum then, i see lion and thing trip me. another thing wey dey scatter my head that time be say, any time wey Nigeria get special day, we the Boyscott na go dey control things for the place, we come be like start and many people go want to be our friends.

 

 

Wen I finshed atakara, my mama come take go for the place i go start primary school and them come say make i stretch if my hand go touch my ears from the otherside, the teacther then surprise, because i touch even remain self. he tell my mama say bobs, i don start school be that o. when i dey school, i read ABC book well well and i sabi recite 2x1 na 2. i sabi sing my songs like the day is bright, rain rain go away. infact i enjoy the level and also i dey pass my exams because my parents dey buy me bangood present anytime i pass. wen i dey primary 6, i come write common entrance examination to enter the secondary school.

for this time, i don dey use all this carton dey do toy cars and helicopters, i go tidy am wey be say, if u see am u go think say na real car, i go make the tires and come use small finger battery connect am, so that the thing go move.

When i come pass my exams, my papa come enroll me for secondary school. i come start skool and i remember say i like mathematics, physics and chemistry and for this reason i come pass my exams well well. because of say i pass my science subjest well well with big marks, dem come put me for science class in senior level. My love for engineering come continue to dey increase. for this time, I also do many projectors with plastics, when i finish me and my friends go use am watch films and we go come relax for my crip.

Another thing we make me like to read engineering for school, na my papa job, when he dey work, the thing dey trip me well well, so i come decide say na engineering i go read for university.
O boy, e no reach do o, Wen I dey SS2, I come change to another college bcos the former one wey i dey attend far from the place i dey leave and i also do tire to dey trek, una know howfar, i don dey turn big boy dat time. I later write SSCE and JAMB. no be small thing me and my guy see wen we dey prepare for this exam o. we go put our leg for water and atimes we go eat pepper make we for no sleep. Bobs na wa o, man pikin see something dat time with e eyes say person wan enter university

 

 

the year 20001, I come get admission enter kiens. God come do well dem register me for mechanical/production engineering departement of Nnamdi Azikiwe university, awka, Anambra state, Nigeria. wen i dey first year, d thing sweet well welll bcos we be jambites and guys wey don dey skool before just dey feel say we be mumu, but all dsame wen dat time past n dem cut our tail, better lecture come start n as e dey go, we dey write quiz n later, exam come show and i tidy all of dem. when i enter 3rd year all the courses wey we dey learn come start to dey make me know d level wey dey mechanical engineering.

for first semester the year 2004, i come go do my inustrial training for one compnay wey dem dey call Seatruck, na dere i come learn so many thing, how to service marine engines (Detroit, CAT, Cummins, etc) n also to use fibres repair small small vessels and tugboat. later na oga come transfer me go automobile department, for did place i come meet oga sunday wey help teach me truck and tractor break system and also how to sevice their injectors.

Wen I returned back to d university, the work load come big well well because very soon wey go enter final year and e do dey be like say we don dey become engineers. all d many many assignement wey my lecturers give me, i do well n study hard.

for 2005, wen i dey final year, my project topic with my friend wey dem dey call fomsky baba na “designing of a remote controlled hydraulic car jack”. dis topic hard to do but as u know God dey our side and we do am successfully, we defendc am without stress n our project superviser na my head of department professor Onyechi. I come successfully graduate n d university come honor me with bachelor of engineering.

After i graduate, i come go for safety training for RSUST n d name nasafety training standards of training certification for seafarers and watch keepers (STCW’95). as i dey finish dis tranining, my name come out for NYSC and dem come post me go core north, wet dem cal Bornao starte. first wen i go there, Army train us for 21 days along side with other graduates. After the camping period, dem still post me go to Biu local government of Borno state, Nigeria. later the zonal inspector come look me say abi person wey sabi well and she come appoint me as the corps’ liaison to take care of all Administrative work.

For me dis na big achievement bcos like many graduates like me dey under my command n i also get d opportunity meet top big boys for dat state like traditional rulers of the community, top government officials, military personnel’s and other personality wey still dey around. I served my country with all loyalty and faithfulness and I come passed out august 2007. After NYSC, I worked for Frawma Service Oil Company as an industrial trainee for one year before i come say make i continue my education.

in 2008, I come Ukraine for master degree but wen i eneter dis side d level no be d way i see am for kiens level, bcos d department wey i want to study, dem only dey teach in russian language, na i come take d bold step to learn d Russian language for d university. for middle 2009, i finish d language course and i come start and I come start my masters programme properly for technology of mechanical engineering department. When I first started my lectures, i no fit lie, d thing very very difficult becos everything be like say na french dem dey explain but as result of d help wey d lecturers and my friend wey he name na Jeka give me, i come finish first semester successfully. wen i start second semester, my head of department wey he name na Mekalov come give me, my project topic wey be titled ”technological support to improve the quality of a core drill using a combine finishing treatment”. as i dey write dis story, i still dey wrok on am.

 

 

Modern day technology dey make me happy well well so i dey watch discovery TV, history channel and see scientific movies well welll. I like to read and to listen music bcos e dey make my soul relax kamkpe. I like to play scrabble, chess and monopoly. also, I sabi play football, table tennis and basket ball.

in the future, d comapany wey i go work by god's garce, i go make sure say i work well well to contibute to d growth n development od d company.

As a result of a poor technology for Africa, I dey seriously dey think on how to help future African young pikin dem wey like be engineers, i want to saee say i tell dem wetin he take to be a good engineer and also try to talk to many companies make dem come establish for our own land, so dat more job go dey and also to help develope our pikin dem, so Africa go be giant for technology.

 

 

i dey hail Baba God Almighty for all Him handwork for my life, He make sure say all though dis period of study and also generally for my life, i dey hail Mr and Mrs Richard Enumah wey see say i know lack anything all through my school days. also i dey thank Mr and Mrs Paulinus Ezekwudo wey advice me well well say make i be good pikin. i also thank my many brothers and sisters wey dey pray for me always. no be smal thing, still throw salute to Miss Victoria Baltazar wey be say try to encourage me and pray for me also. if hear am say i no hail my mainest man Fomsly Lala, infact i trow way one gun shot saltute for all of una, GBOSA and also one calabar gun shot, KPAFINYAGA.

i know forget lecturers of the department of mechanical engineering of Nnamdi Azikiwe university and every other teachers wey be say through dis my life journey of study, teach me or help give me advice in one way or the other. he no go fit complete if i no hail my classmate wey all of we study for dis master degree level especially Teriaiev Ievgen and my friends both in Ukraine, Nigeria and other part of the world.
