   You know, September, 1st should be proclaimed the state holiday. It is necessary to congratulate all first formers and present them with chocolates, collections of many-coloured pens or construction sets “LEGO”. Then desire of many more pupils to study will increase ten times. It might have been so good, if such a law had been adopted in 1993, when my school life began. 
    In spite of the fact that many children in Druzhkovka went to school №6 when they were seven, I began my studies when I was only six. I admit that the beginning of my learning at elementary school interested me, but then days became identical (morning - a school desk - a dining room - a school desk - the house - lessons - walking - going to bed). That occurred approximately on the third day of my study, and my desire started to die away. But, fortunately, it proceeded until I got acquainted with new friends, saw my kindergarten friends and learnt to exchange photo stickers and to play tamagochi while breaks. Now at lessons I tried to answer and to do tasks faster, to amaze teachers with progress in knowledge and to write the best stories. Strangely enough, but I did it all only to make lessons pass faster and to have a break.
    My whole school life was in "A"-Class with profound studying of English language. I always aspired to participate at school competitions, after which sometimes I took first places at the next stages. It is necessary to notice that my senior classes were more eventful, because I went in for weightlifting, was to sports competitions where I took prizes and winning places, participated in school performances, performances for fire fighters in Donetsk, Konstantinovka, also I was engaged in the organisation of school holidays, including final leaver’s evening. 
    Time at school has flown by rather quickly. And high school exams and decision where to study further were waiting for me. As I left school with honours, there were almost no doubts what university to enter. "Almost" means that I was suggested to continue sports career, but despite of that I chose to enter DonNTU.

 Except beliefs, knowledge which can be gained 
and methods which can be mastered are also necessary.

    In 2005 my excellent knowledge, gained at the strongest school of our town Druzhkovka, and my persistence helped me to enter the university and to study free of charge. But there was no time to relax , because I should get to know my new life - life of a student. Libraries, double-periods, lectors, subjects, university – all caused delight and interest in my soul of the first-year student. And also it reminded that it was necessary to study and to work more, therefore I had to refuse participation in our university performances in favour of study. It seemed that yearly essays, articles and tests surrounded me from different sides. I got used to a mad rhythm of a student life from the second year and started to work as promoter, and then as seller-adviser part-time. I should notice that it is always pleasant to have pocket money, and also to receive trust and respect from other people. So my practical experience of working with people and experience of my first earnings were so useful for my further life. My practical experience on the speciality was received at «Donetsk Metallurgical Works» with success. Time passed so quickly, I received the bachelor's degree and had to choose between expert’s or master’s degree. Finally, I have chosen MA course, because it gives good knowledge and good chances for promotion track.

The scientist without talent is similar to that miserable mullah, 
who has cut up and has eaten the Koran, thinking to be filled with spirit of Mahomet.

     Having gained good bachelor knowledge, I entered MA course owning to my good ratings and results of final examinations and might study free of charge. The most important task for me and my supervisor of studies Chumachenko Elena Vladimirovna was definition with my master thesis topic. At present I am working over the analysis of the American models of labour payment and working out new suggestions in payment sphere. I connect urgency of this topic with necessary modification of payment system existing in Ukraine, and also implementation of methods existing in the European economy system. In March I have participated in the Ukrainian scientific conference in Zhitomir devoted to management. It is necessary to notice that my report on the topic «Management of labour productivity at enterprise» was marked by the diploma of 3-rd degree.
