The use of modern technologies of management on the example of machine-building industries
Background research. Achieve the strategic objectives of production mechanical engineering applied various methodologies and approaches. Recently, we often encounter such concepts as quality, reliability, competi posobnost and security production, demand respect for the law on protection of consumer rights. All this indicates a change in our relations tion to the quality of goods and services, not only as a by consumers, but also as manufacturers. In RY night conditions no investment will not save enterprises ment, if it can not ensure the competitiveness of their products or services. The basis of competitiveness, is quality. To ensure the quality needed is not only consistent with yuschaya material base and motivated, qualified personnel cally, but also a clear quality management. Hence, this increased interest in quality management by companies, realized the truth: you can not read at the races stable software product quality without the introduction of the system work on quality (quality of property), corresponding to the current level of organization of work in this area. Before the top management of any company or organization faces the challenge of creating efficient management system, oriented bath to achieve strategic goals. For this purpose, can be applied propagate a variety of approaches and methodologies to improve: the standards for systems themes management model of business excellence, benchmarking, reengineering, six sigma approach, balanced scorecard, etc.
Object-matter. The aim of this work is to review and analyze the latest management technology to improve the quality of production engineering complex. A theoretical combination of individual technologies of adapting to them under the Ukrainian production.
The value of this work is an analytical review of existing most successful and advanced management concepts to improve the quality of products, services and their interaction the combination and simultaneous use.
