Supply chain management in the innovation of industrial eneterprises

Relevance of the topic.

Logistics processes of enterprises and their associations are promising line of research problems of the modern economy. Logistic approaches allow a systematic approach to the formation of goals and objectives of entities in the context of their work. However, in today's domestic economy still dominates one-sided understanding of the purpose of logistics as only an auxiliary instrument for solving problems related to sales of goods and services[1]. Therefore the problem of finding optimal ways to develop businesses continue to be resolved without widespread use of powerful tools of modern logistics approach that does not promote a comprehensive and balanced solution of the latest economic problems in the dynamics taking into account the potential development of enterprises in conditions of globalization of economic relations.
Of problem is also confirmed by the increase in recent years the attention of Western scientists to the problems of using reserves, production efficiency by improving the management of goods, information and financial flows.

The objective is the development of theoretical problems and methodological development and practical recommendations for Supply Chain Management in innovation.

For the purpose of the study addressed the following main tasks:

– Substantiates the basic components of the system of production and shows the location of chains in this system.

– Provided the availability of necessary goods in the required amount for innovation processes;

– The scientific and technical approaches and practical mechanisms of introduction, Jeanie logistics management system to improve management of innovation;

Peculiarities logistics approach to managing logistics chain at the stage of procurement, manufacturing and marketing products based on the nature and principles of industrial logistics[3].

The object of study is the logistic processes in the innovation of industrial enterprises.

The subject of the study is methodological approaches and institutional mechanisms that ensure efficiency of logistics chains in manufacturing.

Methods that used in the work:
The study used a systematic approach, as a general method of knowledge, method of system analysis, logistic modeling, structuring purposes. The analysis was based on domestic and foreign statistics, results of theoretical studies of flow at work, practical activity.

The novelty of the results.

Master's thesis is a study which was conducted a comprehensive analysis of problems of management of material flows in the enterprise in the current economic conditions. Grounded understanding of the essence and meaning of chains as integrating subsystems of production, taking into account the processes of commodity circulation in the stages of procurement of materials, production and sales; specified purpose and principles of management of material flows, taking into account the peculiarities of the logistics approach to organizing and planning the movement of items of work in manufacturing proposed methodological approach to the diagnosis of management of material flows, the model of supply chain management, based on the representation of companies in the form of production-distribution system, using different theoretical apparatus of Petri nets to track the current state of the process of production orders and taking adequate specific situation management decisions.

MAIN SCOPE OF WORK

In the introduction urgency of a theme, formulated goals and objectives of the object and subject of study, reflected its scientific novelty and practical significance, given information about the publication of the author, the connection works with academic programs and plans, structure and scope of the master's work.

The first chapter of "Theoretical Foundations of logistic chains in innovation."

By the end of 20th century science acted as a logistics discipline that involves the purchase or supply logistics, logistics production processes, sales and distribution logistics, transport logistics, information and computer logistics and others.
Using logistic concept with its economic-instrumentariyem optimize traffic flow can introduce innovation process as a chain of supply, which interact with all elements from the development phase of innovation to the finished consumer product innovation. In the field of logistics innovation process provides a useful new product with the appropriate cost and consumer qualities, that is providing high quality provided to minimize costs.

Formation of logistic flows requires concrete action on the part of organizers, including the integration can be divided into organizational, technological and information processes that will ensure the creation and transformation of logistic flows.
It is reasonable in terms of logistics for the importance of innovation processes in enterprises but separated material, information, and other financial flows related to the classical objects of logistics management, intangible Stream – Innovative. The interaction of such elements as the flow of logistics information, material and financial flows in the innovation process can be regarded as the logistics operations of innovation processes.

Effective solutions to problems that arose during the financial - economic crisis requires a logistics and use of strategic and tactical decisions on the development of innovative enterprises in order to achieve its sustainable competitive advantage, maximize profitability performance, high commitment to consumers in the market, and so on[4].

The second section "Methodology for assessment of logistics"

While conducting research in logistics is crucial scientific approach, under which highlighted the main stages of logistics research:

1. Problem. The formation of hypotheses.

2. The choice of research methods. Gathering and analyzing data.

3. Identifying patterns, establishing cause-effect relationships. Development of recommendations.

4. Testing results of the study. In case of unsatisfactory results to adjust the hypothesis and repeat steps 2 – 4.

5. Implementation results of logistics research in practice.

Systemic approach in logistics – a comprehensive study of phenomena and objects as integrated logistics systems in order to eliminate inconsistencies between the interests and objectives throughout the logistic system and its individual elements, between different logistics systems, logistics system and between the outside environment.

Analysis of the interaction between system elements makes it possible to understand how elements are penetrating the fault-system quality, ie quality, not confined to the qualities of the elements included in it. In this connection should stay on the often quoted in logistics "synergy."

Synergy Logistics - a mutual strengthening of ties within the logistic system or between logistics systems in which the general (synergistic) effect of simultaneous action of any factors exceeds the sum of effects obtained at resolutions of these factors.
Synergetic effect can be positive or negative. A positive effect can be obtained, for example, as a result of coordination partners of their actions in the field of information logistics. Thus, the effects of the use of uniform electronic data formats substantially exceed the sum of individual effects obtained by each enterprise of their own computer developments in this area[5].

The third section of "Guidelines to improve supply chain management in innovation"

Development of guidance on the planning of material support innovation activities of production can take into account the change in costs associated with delivery, preparation and consumption of inventory, the value of which in the wild can be significant. Results of choice method of delivery is not permanent in the future, when planning the way of material support may vary depending on the formation of demand, supply conditions, prices and tariffs.
To solve the logistical problems of widely used software packages that allow you to get the optimal solution at some point of activity. Such systems, like ERP, MRP and DRP require different logistics and manufacturing activities of the company working in coordination. To achieve such coordination, to minimize conflicts between members of supply chain logistics and implement new information security in respect of supply chain modeling. This can be achieved through joint planning and decision making. However, to formulate detailed requirements for the formation of data bases and criteria for improving information support for modeling the supply chain necessary thoroughly Me-todychni and applied research[6].

CONCLUSIONS

In the master's thesis conducted a comprehensive analysis of issues relating to management of logistic chains in the enterprise in the current economic conditions of VAC, grounded understanding of the nature and content of Supply Chain Management as an integrating subsystems of production, taking into account the peculiarities of the distribution processes in the stages of procurement of materials, production and sales products; clarifies the purpose and principles of management of material flows, taking into account the peculiarities of the logistics approach to organizing and planning the movement of items of work in manufacturing; proposed methodical approach to the diagnosis of management of material flows, differing complexity, priority analysis of cause-effect relationships, focus on decision-making to address problems; system for evaluating the efficiency of management of material flows, characterized using the standard estimates for ranking and determining the relative importance of criteria and sub-areas raise efficiency.

Results graduate study can be used for any purpose - which enterprises that depend on the supply of materials, raw materials HN, goods from other suppliers. Implementation developed in the master's thesis of methodological approaches to analysis and assessment of material flows, as well as sync-mechanism nizatsiyi material flow will ensure timely detection of defects and the need for improvement of production management, sub-vyschyty quality and timeliness of decisions at the stages of procurement, production and marketing. Developed in the master's work materials and recommendations for improving management of supply chains in manufacturing-operation may find practical application in the mechanical engineering and in the learning process and allow enterprises to ensure timely detection of deviations in the manufacturing process, increase operator ratyvnist decisions to prevent and removal of rejected-Len, and will reduce the cost of implementing the decisions
