Childhood

I was born on January, 10th, 1989 in the small city of Kurahovo of Marinsky r thow Donetsk region My parents, kind, sociable and sympathetic people. Despite difficulties in life, my mum used the best efforts to provide to me the cheerful and carefree childhood, for what I am very grateful to it. A special role in my education the grandmother has played, for as to it huge gratitude. I was the mobile and restless child. On one place long couldn't remain sitting: I liked outdoor games. Went to a garden where to me it was not necessary to miss. At us near to the house the small river, now it not big and small flows, but earlier it was enough deep, and I with other children could vanish on it all the day. In the childhood has started to be engaged in theatrical activity and dances.

School years

To knowledge I have made the first step on September, 1st, 1996. Very well I remember the first class and the first teacher. But throughout the school life I had many friends since studied in 3 educational institutions (Comprehensive school №1 in Kurahovo, Comprehensive school №5 Kurahovo and Kurahovsky polytechnic lyceum). Change of a place of training consisted in the nearest site from my house, and in lycee has passed on competition on the basis of excellent progress in school, than and I am proud to this day. Mum and the grandmother was engaged in my education, and, thanking their patience, love and care, I overcame all complexities. In the senior classes a particular interest in me caused three subjects is an algebra, English language and physical culture. I think that this interest has been caused thanks to teachers who conducted these subjects. English language involved me with knowledge of culture of other country, its history, and also an unusual pronunciation. Took part in any Olympic Games and competitions. Was fond of swimming. I had small, but very cheerful classes. I liked to be a part of these classes which took active part in the creative and sports party of our schools. Thanks to our eagerness to a victory we repeatedly received awards and certificates of progress and good conduct.

University

It was difficult to me to be defined with a choice of a higher educational institution and consequently handed over entrance examinations in four higher educational institutions. By results of examinations in two higher educational institutions has passed on contract training, and in two others - on the budget from which has chosen Donetsk National Technical University. The specialty choice was unequivocal – Human resource management and work economy since in advance was interested in various specialties much and has stopped on this. I consider its very actual and perspective for today. I hope that my choice in the field will serve me as the next step to the successful future. At the first year took part in creative actions, and also all attention has concentrated to employment since it was necessary to adapt for loading at university and to a rhythm of city life. But, from school I haven't got used to surrender on a way of achievement of the purpose as I had a remarkable encouragement in the name of my relatives. The first course though was difficult, but it was full of new acquaintances and impressions. On the second year I have understood that university life it is valid the best time. My life was filled with the new acquaintances interesting to lecture and a practical training, and also dialogue with одногрупниками and teachers.
      My supervisor of studies – Ph.D., senior lecturer Zaharova Oksana Vladimirovna became one of the reasons on which I have chosen this theme of the thesis. Thanking its teaching talent and a method of a statement of a material this theme has interested more than others. Well, and, certainly, an urgency of this theme. As presently all companies and the enterprises use various ways of stimulation and motivation of the personnel.

Plans for the future

In the near future I plan to end successfully Donetsk National Technical University and to receive the diploma of the master. To be arranged for perspective work. I do not want to hide that employment by scientific activity doesn't involve me. In the future I want to be steady on the legs and be the provided person that could provide not only and, but also to help the parents. I hope that my eagerness to a victory will help me with it...
